The location is perfect for McMinnville and the staff is very friendly and always helpful. The Flats are spacious, private, and great for a group trip to wine country. Can walk to all the restaurants, shops and specialties in McMinnville.

We stay here every time we come to McMinnville. Convenient and spacious accommodations provides enough room for everyone in our party. Service was superb. We always eat out during our short stays but the kitchen is equipped to cook and eat in and our 2BR had a dining table with six chairs.

This is our second stay and met all of our expectations. A local friend joined us on this trip and was equally impressed.

Wonderful experience and outstanding hospitality at the Atticus and 3rd Street Flats! We had a group of 10 stay for a business trip and could not have enjoyed the facilities any more. It was perfect for our group.

Location, service and comfort. We could not pick just one thing to share. From the moment the Valet met us at our car to the moment the front desk staff wished us a hearty farewell. We were so very well cared for the whole stay. We loved being able to walk to every meal plus drinks and entertainment. And when we wanted to order in because we couldn’t bear to leave our lovely flat, that worked easily as well. We can’t wait to stay again!

This is a great location and nice facility. Service was good until check out at which point multiple issues arose in trying to get out in a hurry to catch a plane. Still, we would stay here again based on the location and cleanliness of the place.

The flat is cute. The noise downstairs from a bar and restaurant is a lot, but the fan easily drowned it out. The parking is confusing. The bed is AWFUL. Before you book, ask when the mattress was last replaced.

We stayed at 3 different locations during our trip since we traveled through the region for 2 weeks. This was, by far, our favorite place. The kitchen was fully stocked and it had a washer and dryer which was a great surprise for us. We loved the welcoming chocolates and wine. Our flat was very clean and I can't wait for our next visit. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The highlight of our vacation was staying at Third Street Flats. We loved the high ceilings and beautiful fireplace. The furnishings were perfect for our taste and comfortable. We cooked steak, salmon, and halibut in the well stocked kitchen. Fabulous experience! The valet and bellmen were so kind and helpful Our flat was located close to shopping. We felt super safe. It was nice to have a laundry facilities in our flat. What a great night sleep on comfortable beds! Our family plans to return and stay longer next time. The wine and chocolates were made us feel pampered.
