來自住宿之回應: The inadvertent cancellation of this reservation was an unfortunate situation, and the subsequent post was equally regrettable. We want to assure everyone reading that we would never randomly cancel a reservation because “other guests are more important.” That has never been our practice, nor will it ever be, and we never communicated in this manner. In this specific instance, the reservation was canceled in error, not a decision made by the owners or management, and not a decision based on other guests or potential guests. Once we discovered the issue, we immediately refunded the stay in full, reached out with recommendations for alternate accommodations in the area, and offered a complimentary wine tasting as a gesture of goodwill. While we understand this was frustrating and disruptive to travel plans, our intention was to ensure that no one arrived without options or a place to stay. We are continuously working to improve our reservation system to prevent this type of situation from happening again. We deeply value every guest and regret that this experience did not reflect the level of hospitality and care that we strive to provide at Youngberg Hill.
