受付の方はとても親切でした。 部屋もとても清潔で快適でした。 ただ、朝食は良くはありませんでした。

Room was nice and clean with a comfortable bed. Here is a list of things I did not like: 1. I was double charged for my room, I paid online and the front desk clerk made me pay again and did not know how to reverse the duplicate charge. Next day, morning front desk clerk was able to credit the duplicate charge but I will not see my money back for about 3-5 business day. I was informed by this clerk that I can’t get a receipt because it’s an online reservation. 2. My door key card did not work at the facility’s rear entrance. 3. Free breakfast was supposed to be until 10am, when I came down to get some food, they ran out of almost everything.

This hotel was wonderful. They had at least 1 charging station for an electric car. They allowed a late check as I had a business meeting that started about the time I was to check out. The halls were quiet and one of the better breakfasts I have had for a continental breakfast.

I love this area and the hotel. We have stayed here before, The hotel ma manager helped me on various issues, The Blue Angels were terrible and was incredible. The only bad thing was the breakfast. They used powdered eggs and if was watery snd hotrible.

Staff was very friendly, property was clean. Great pool area for the kids.

Room and stairway and hallways had a smell to them. Rooms very small, especially the bathroom, for $180 a night this is pretty absurd. Must be the market rate for the area

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times and haven’t had issues. The bed was comfortable and clean. The rest of the room was not. We wouldn’t walk on the carpet because it was so dirty. I had to wipe down all surfaces cause they were dirty (bathroom included) The washcloth was brown from all the dirt. There was some garbage left in the room. There was no hot water in the shower for 2 days, only lukewarm. When I let them know at checkout they called someone to look at it, but my husband overheard the front desk gal complaining when he walked out that she can’t control when everyone showers. Well, it was at hot for 2 full days, it wasn’t due to overuse. We paid a lot of money for a poorly maintained hotel.

Clean and nice staff. Breakfast included is always good on the go.

They had my key ready for check in and it was very quick and simple. Rooms are nice, not much selection in this area will 100% stay here again.
