Accueil froid de la part du réceptionniste de nuit, nous avons l’habitude d’être la plupart du temps accueillis par des réceptionnistes souriants et avenant et hier soir ce n’était pas le cas. Cependant, le réceptionniste présent ce matin était avenant et souriant. Literie confortable, chambre bien agencée et parfaitement équipée. Nous recommandons cet hôtel du fait d’un excellent rapport qualité / prix .

周りに電車が走っていない所にあるので、レンタカーされていない場合はバスでこのホテルへ行くかたちになるかと思います。立地は微妙ですがホテルのスタッフさんは優しく歓迎してくれますし、周りにはレストランやファストフード店は充実していて静かで治安の良さそうな場所にあるので近辺観光予定の人にはお勧めいたします。

À part le petit problème avec le site quand ils sont prop et de prénom vraiment très déçu

Une chambre spacieuse, un lit grand confortable, une salle de bains avec baignoire douche, de grandes serviettes, bref je suis très satisfaite de la chambre qui offre un bon rapport qualité/prix La vue sur Meaux est superbe Petit déjeuner très bien

Super vriendelijk personeel. Ook snachts aanwezig voor de late incheck. Nette kamers. Sochtends ontbijt (moet extra voor betaald worden) alles schoon. Niet speciaal maar wel gewoon goed! 15 min ong. Van Disney. Perfect om hiervoor te gebruiken. Klasse, kan niks anders zeggen!

La pulizia lascia a desiderare c'erano diverse ragnatele sparse in giro. Il bagno a differenza della camera, forse rimodernata, lascia seriamente a desiderare, molto mal mantenuto e magari anche se pulito, per quanto trascurato da tutta un altra idea. Il letto per me era piuttosto scomodo, ma penso sia abbastanza soggettiva la cosa, ognuno ha giati diversi. Sicuramente in tre in quella stanza era complicato muoversi, davvero molto piccola.

Everything was fine whilst staying at the hotel but immediately after I checkout, they deducted 447 pounds from my account. After I lodged complaint through my booking agent, they decided to refund only 338.54 pounds instead 447 pounds. Now kyriad hotel has refused to refund the remaining balance claiming that I didn't pay city taxes and some extra. No one told me about city taxes before I checkout and I didn't owed them any extra. It was 3 of us and we stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. The city taxes for 3 of us shouldn't be more than 20 euro. They still owed me about 90 pounds even after deducting the city taxes from the remaining balance.

Nous avions pris deux chambres communicantes pour nous et nos deux enfants pour une nuit afin d’aller à Disney le lendemain. Les chambres étaient un peux petites mais propres, bien équipées, literie agréable et bons oreillers. L’insonorisation était par contre vraiment moyenne. Du bruit jusque tard dans la nuit.

Je trouve que le prix de la nuit est excessivement cher par rapport à l'état très ancien de l'hôtel. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment tres simple et le pain c'est des petites baguettes style lidl. Pour un Kyriad, très déçue. Le personnel par contre sympathique.

Dans l'ensemble hôtel un peu vieillot qui a besoin de rénovation. Le petit déjeuner est très partiel, pas de pain frais notamment (des boules décongelées qui ne se coupent pas bien).

We rented a room at this hotel as it could accommodate our family of 4 in one room and was pretty close to Disneyland (half hour drive). We expected an air conditioned room- as advertised. We got a very loud table fan. It was an exceptionally hot day - 37 degrees and none of us slept well as the fan just wasn’t adequate. I had lost my passport and searched under the bed which was covered in a layer of dust underneath on the floor. The breakfast was ok however I feel slightly expensive for a child as ours only ate a bowl of cereal and drank water. I had toast, a pastry, two small fruit pots and coffee. €10 euros per person. The coffee was very good. The entrance was very modern and attractive however the rooms were disappointing and did not follow suit. Chipboard magnolia wallpaper, mahogany bunk beds, a dead bulb on my bedside lamp. Not really worth the £227 sterling pounds we paid. Our son wasn’t feeling well after the first day we spent at Disneyland, most likely because of the heat and the room wasn’t cool enough for him so we packed up on our return and checked out, having to pay for the second night as well due to our late check out. We went back to our holiday accomodation, which had air conditioning, and drove to Disneyland the next morning. It took longer but was worth it.

Ontbijt was mager, geen fruit en weinig keuze beleg en broodjes

Je pense un Campanile reconstitué en Kiriad. Espace un peu spartiate mais correct. La douche demanderai un rafraîchissement Mais dans l’ensemble correct
