賓夕法尼亞西哈里斯堡卡爾森江山旅館及套房(Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Harrisburg West Mechanicsburg)

Unfortunately, we found this hotel unclean and outdated. Our black-out curtain was torn in several places and did not completely close, there were very few outlets and no USB outlets, the pull-out sofa mattress was very old, thin, and extremely uncomfortable even for children, and there was no working exhaust fan in the bathroom.

We were shocked by the shabby condition of the room. We booked because of favorable ratings here. The couch was very worn, the lamp shade was missing, the closet door was installed in an uneven fashion, and the towels were thin and stained. The staff was super nice, especially the breakfast staff member. We certainly will not book here again.

Hotel room was clean. Breakfast was good. Location not bad. Not too many restaurants around. Had to drive away of the hotel just to get food. Refrigerator not working well. Had to ask for towels both days since it was towels in the room for 4 and we were 6. Very dissapointed with pool, very cold. We and other clients complained several times and nothing was done. Pool too cold specially for little children. Will not return due to the lack of attention to take care of the temperature of the pool and having not plenty of towels for the whole party. .

The front desk staff and breakfast staff are amazing. Such wonderful nice people. The pool area needs work that is my only complaint. Parking great, breakfast food great, nearby activities and food options great. Will defiantly stay again. Special TY to the breakfast lady!

Room was nice and clean. No complaints at all there. My complaint is that they charged me twice for my room and won’t call me back about it. I had to have my bank initiate an investigation on the charges. This is very unprofessional. Be careful if you book here

To begin the beds we’re extremely uncomfortable you could feel the springs popping through, there was never anyone at the desk when you arrived, the promised hot breakfast and waffle station were not provided only prepackaged or cold foods. The door to the pool did not work properly, when we arrived at the pool there were no towels in stock and for a heated pool it was extremely cold! There was also no bottled water for sale. A positive is that the people working, when you asked for something like water or towels they did their best to make it happen.

This property is no longer owned and run by Radisson. The rooms were clean but the bed was uncomfortable and the TV didn't work. The room was not what I was expecting from a Radisson hotel.

Except for the room service who didn’t do the bedsheets during my stay of 4 days, everything was good. Breakfast was good and staff were very nice.

Billing problems, was double charged and can’t get to the bottom of it.
