We stayed here due to our flight being delayed in Heathrow leading us to miss our layover flight although we were upset, it was truly the best thing that could happen. We boarded our free transfer from the airport to the hotel it was about 15 minutes away it’s beautiful views and scenes of Brussels. The hotel was lounge was absolutely beautiful and clean, all the staff was so friendly and welcoming. The room is so clean and comfortable, humongous bed which would have slept 3 people. It was a very modern design which I loved, stocked with tea and water in the fridge and cupboards. The gym looked great too. We were offered a free breakfast and dinner voucher from the airline which is lovely. The food was absolutely delicious and the server was so friendly he made sure to go above and beyond with anything we asked for. We didn’t get to use our voucher as our flight was early the next morning, but from the dinner I would tell it would have been great too! There was a list of transfer times to make sure you make your flight on time which was incredibly handy. I couldn’t recommend this hotel more! It was absolutely 10/10 no complaints about anything.

Very a fantastic hotel in the centre of Brussels. It is near to many attractions and also near to the metro. Just take a day pass and roam around the city with peace of mind. Very good breakfast, though not a wide variety, but it's good enough. There were few disappointments. Firstly, The rooms were small but I think it is because of the small properties in any central part of any European city with a rich history. Secondly, at the reception, they told us the breakfast is from 6:30 to 11 AM but never mentioned it is only on weekends. On a fine Monday, we got up at 10 and went to breakfast at 10:30 AM but nothing was available. I was really horrified and I wanted not to come back. But as I raised concerns, one lady officer at the reception - INES handled it very well and pulled the strings. Mr. Abel, the chef come to us, talked to us, and having understood the concern, he baked us fresh croissants and pastries! Man, he is an amazing chef. Sir Abel got them fresh and was mind-blogging. This wiped out all my frustration and made me think I should come back again!

Great service at the hotel from the reception to the cocktail bar to the breakfast staff. Rooms we’re comfortable with a comfy bed and all you require for a few nights away. Location was €10 taxi from Centraal Station or a 20min walk through a few lovely parks. Great park on doorstep of hotel with ducks and a large pond and 3-4 min walk from Tootbus stop. Variety of restaurants/places to drink outside of the hotel away from the busy central area.

酒店裝修風格感覺像進了酒吧，早餐比較豐富，房間內的裝修比較簡單，房間有點工業風的感覺。酒店前台服務很好，入住當天贈送，酒水單一張。酒店離商業街很近。公共交通地鐵站也很近

在Hotel Mercure的Bar/Restaurant Lunet酒吧/餐廳體驗最熱情。工作人員 :Julin和Omar非常友好,對我們的所有要求都非常有幫助。飲料供應並親切地呈現。我們吃了晚餐,他們甚至爲我們提供了素食沙拉,雖然不在菜單上。食物很好吃,供應精美,味道很好。漢堡真的很好吃,我真的會推薦我們會回來的

這家酒店只是讓我們的頭低下,作爲探索布魯塞爾的基地的地方。我們有一個有三張單人牀的房間,其中一個摺疊起來。它很乾淨,功能齊全,有一個套間浴室和獨立的淋浴室。酒店就在主站旁邊,火車每15分鐘左右到布魯塞爾中央,20分鐘,孩子最多12人在火車上免費旅行,週末回程票是7.50,周內13歐元。有一個停車場,作爲車站的一部分,24小時24小時,我們所需要的。是的,接待處有建築工程,但我們無意在25分鐘內到達布魯塞爾大廣場時就餐或在經濟型酒店周圍閒逛。

2023年1月中旬在這裏住了兩晚。酒店位於堅韌不拔的地區,建築很多,但步行五分鐘即可到達主火車站,中轉連接很多。步行到市內各旅遊景點約10-20分鐘。附近有便利店和餐飲選擇。工作人員還可以,但不太友好。單人間很小,但乾淨,價格公道。牆上有暖氣/空調單元,但缺少一個按鈕,似乎沒有工作。溫度還可以。有一張小桌子和椅子。淋浴和洗手池在房間裏,廁所在一個小衣櫃裏。窗戶打開成狹窄的通風井,所以比較暗。Wifi,燈光和電視都很好用。早餐沒付錢,不是很棒,但確實有花招。
