酒店位置較偏沒有商場食市,大堂宽闊美观,早餐地方很大但食物一般.房間舒適整潔浴室水力足夠, 可能酒店年份頗久很多設備有点落伍如沒有usb插頭,电窗簾,燈开关便等希望日後有改善

我們之所以住在這裏,是因爲我們參加了在那裏舉行的一個婚禮招待會。我在全世界住了150多家酒店,第一次被要求爲A/C的遙控器支付可退款的押金。浴室非常小。我的貓在裏面不能擺動一隻貓。我們花了5個小時才到達那裏,下午5點的時候沒有熱水,真的需要洗個澡。在去吃飯的路上,我在接待處問了這個,被告知由於“技術問題”,我們只能有6-8AM和6-8PM的熱水,我解釋說我不知道這個。接待員然後給我看了一張我在辦理入住時沒有看到也沒有顯示的文件,說明了情況。我建議在辦理入住時將此信息告知客人。奇蹟般地,‘技術問題’在第二天上午就解決了。工作人員不知道酒店發生了什麼事。我們問是否有現場音樂。接待員指導我們去了酒店的兩個場地,但每個場地都關閉了。只有迪斯科開放。餐廳的食物最多也只能算是平庸的。他們試圖在餐桌上做燒烤,但沒能達到效果。有很多盤子、杯子、杯子等等,但只有一個勺子。櫥櫃上沒有燈,你在那裏泡茶或準備零食等等。化妝鏡/梳妝鏡上的燈不工作。清潔房間時,他們顯然沒有檢查所有東西是否工作。傢俱、地毯、櫥櫃、壁紙等都很陳舊。然而,牀很舒服,牀後面的牆面比較新,房間沒有保險箱,我知道保險箱是費用,總是存在技術問題,但差不多每家說是4-star的物業都有一個房間保險箱。從安全的角度來看,最糟糕的是電梯門在很短的時間內關閉。當門在大約5秒內關閉時,我傷了胳膊,重重地打我。一個嬌小的奶奶可能受了重傷。似乎沒有人在意。這是一個明顯的問題,應該已經解決了。餐廳沒有啤酒、葡萄酒或任何其他酒精飲料。這是一個管理層似乎不關心的財產。員工樂於助人,樂於助人,有禮貌,尊重他人,但未受過適當的培訓,這表明管理層或所有權並不重要。

I stayed here 4-nights for a conference that’s also happening in this hotel. So many things have gone wrong and enough reasons for me not coming back. 1. The reception (or should I said “deception”?), misguided me. They said my room is upgraded to Premiere room, with complimentary afternoon tea, and minibar. More about this below. 2. Went to the room but nothing special, also the weird furniture placement makes the room smaller. Room has view but mostly just building roofs. Appreciate the giant shower head though. 3. Went for afternoon tea with my business colleague and the waitress said I’m not eligible for the complimentary. She said the receptionist made a mistake. Fine. 4. Got a call from reception, she said that Ieft my ID card at the reception. Which can be avoided if she did not forget to pass the ID card back after she copied it in. Went back to reception to get my ID card, and ask the reception about the afternoon tea to confirm whether I’m eligible or not. She said not and the minibar also not free unfortunately. Thank God I haven’t eat anything from the minibar 5. Breakfast at level 3 is unorganized, chaotic, and basically madness without crowd control. However I managed to get to the level 10 which is more quiet. Food quality is average. 6. I realized an item missing from the minibar, I did not consume them at all. I called in the operator and they were like “are you sure you’re staying alone, Sir?” I’m like… unbelieveable, why don’t you check with the housekeeping if they removed it or else? I just don’t want it to be billed on my room charge. I know it’s just a potato chip that I could easily replace from minimart, but imagine if they took other items and then billed it to your room. 7. The only nice experience I had in this hotel is the dinner, food surprisingly decent. Also the service is nice (maybe because we were the only customers?). Oh and concierge staffs also very helpful keeping my deliveries and helping me with my stuff when I checked out without me asking.

這是第二次入住這家酒店，泳池旁有自助晚餐，具體價格忘記了，不上百，喝個飲料，吃個燒烤，聽個音樂，如果你會游泳再去遊個泳，感覺挺好的。

I stayed here for business meeting near the apartment location. The service from staffs were good. My room was very spacious and has separated bed room. Family room and kitchen were in the same room. The breakfast was provided at the restaurant at the ground floor. There was only a few options, not like in the hotel. Unfortunately apartment guest have limited access for swimming. The shower water wasn’t hot enough. The location was at the city center and close to some restaurants and only 3 minutes walk to Deli Mall.

Positive points: - Comfortable bed - Clean room (except the bathroom) - Smart tv with streaming apps (but you must have your own subscription) - Room size - parquet floor - Location Negative points - Deposit is a MUST (hotel thinks that any guest has malicious intent to steal room items. Please, they’re not even the top of the line). You cannot use this deposit to pay room service (maybe can if you deposit more, like much more). Upon checking out, the front desk will have sb checking the room before refunding your deposit. Geez. - soundproofing is non existent. You can hear ppl next door, the traffic, nearby train, and worst, the noise from the club on top floor). Tried staying in a room facing the pool. It helped to reduce some noise from traffic and train, but does not eliminate it (and they charge more for this room!!) - breakfast is basic - bathroom drainage cannot completely drain water. Take a shower in the evening and you will still see some puddle in the morning. Gross. - wifi is hit and miss

酒店大致上可算5星級別,地点在市中心附近大型商場食市齊全,酒店服務員態度恩切很多額外要求也能做到,唯酒店年份頗久很多設備也有点追不上時代如房間沒有usb頭,花灑調教困難、窗簾開合困難等希望日後有代改善

服務真的很好，我人不舒服 grab了葯過來，也會幫我拿上來。 我剛好在房間開會，他還會WhatsApp 跟我確認我是不是不要收拾房間

Kamar Hotelnya udah agak tua, apalagi bekas hotel angkasa dulu. Makananya enak tapi waktu sarapan pesan latte gak dikasih padahal tamu lain dikasih free. Welcome drinknya gak ada. Tvnya sengaja di blokir biar bayar lagi kalau mau nonton bola.
