Somos Flats Laureles

Stayed here a year ago and enjoyed. This time maintenance was called to remove two geckos. After which I saw the biggest bug I ever seen and I dipped.

Local en coalición con el crimen local A pesar de hostentar seguridad para visitantes y que hicieron firmar, pedirle identificación una persona que me acompañó una velada después de cenar y explícitamente informarme que esa persona solo podría dejar el hotel con mi presencia y consentimiento fui drogado y robado en el hotel y la persona pudo salir incluso con las llaves de mi habitación! Mismas llaves que después querían cobrarme! Una experiencia pauperima y estoy totalmente convencido velador nocturno estaba en coalición pues intentaron incluso abrir la caja de seguridad. Felizmente hice una creación de denuncia no solo para la chica sino para el lugar que permitio esto e incluyo las pruebas

The room was spacious and comfortable. The rooms door was a bit difficult if you didn't have both hands. The absence of utensils for the kitchen made it pointless to have. Staff was pleasant and friendly.

Honestly one of my least favorite stays. although the surrounding areas were safe, the hotel itself was not the best. upon arrival no towels were provided, when we asked we were given 2 small towels with holes and stains. never received a new set as promised, mind you it was 4 of us. I was under the impression that housekeeping would be provided. Didn’t happen. Wi-Fi goes on and off every half hour, im not sure if the sheets were not cleaned but myself and the guest woke up with what looked like mosquitos bites. I would only get itchy when laying down. I reached out to ******* a day in and asked to be refunded but the hotel owner did not offer a refund so I had no choice but to stay.

Belle grande chambre ( comprenant 2 chambres ). Très bien situé. Sécuritaire , quelqu’un est présent 24h/24 pour débarrer la porte.

My stay at the Somos was great. Check in and check out was very easy. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

Very nice and quiet space. Need more towels in the bathroom and a lamp on the nigh table. Will plan to stay again.
