總的説性價比一般 特別是離地鐵站比較遠 走路至少15分鐘 但路線很複雜 基本會走錯

excelente ubicación, excelente instalaciones pero regular en el servicio d lobby nunca estuvo disponible el bar y para el precio deben tener mejor amenities a sus guests... las señoras del desayuno excelentes

Check in took the better part of 10 minutes. The lobby is very noisy. The room was okay but lacked an iron and ironing board. The location wasn't too bad being that it was right next to a major mall.

I was pleasantly surprised by the bh hotel. Staff was great they let me check in early.
The rooms were clean with a nice workspace, bed and pillows were comfortable. Location was great across from SanteFe mall with tons of dining and shopping options. Walkable to the main entertainment areas in Poblado. Would stay again at the price I paid

Estuve con mi esposa una semana. excelente la calidad de todo el personal y en especial las del restaurante. Los desayunos son deliciosos y variados, nos consintieron mucho. El hotel está muy bien ubicado, las habitaciones son muy cómodas. Lo recomiendo al 100%

El hotel esta bien, pero el ruido de la calle se escucha todo dentro de la habitacion, las ventanas no cierran por completo y eso hace que ruido de la calle entre a la habitacion, al estar entre dos calles principales es imposible dormir y descansar.
el aire acondicionado de la habitacion es muy ruidoso, le hace falta mantenimiento o cambio.
en antreriores oportunidades me habia quedado en el hotel BH y habia tenido buenas experiencias, sin embargo en la ultima semana que estuve no pude dormir bien por el ruido y siento que le falta mantenimienot e inversion al hotel, en proximas estadias no me hospedare en el hotel BH de medellin.

Nos asignaron una habitación en el 10 piso con balcón. La vista es increíble. Lo mismo sucede con el restaurante. Se encuentra en el piso 11 y tiene paredes de vidrio. Vista impresionante. La ubicación del hotel es excelente. Céntrico, seguro y frente a uno de los mejores Mall (Santa Fe). Personal siempre muy servicial y agradable. Desayuno bufet en buenas cantidades. Totalmente recomendado.
