In Shillong Polo Tower is always my first choice. This is my second visit and found it really satisfactory like before. Location service food and staffs superb. Specially Pabitra from House keeping dept is really nice. Highly recommended

First time I have to shillong Hotel location is excellent I stayed in room no 116 House keeping pabitra santra was very helpful and kept room clean His service is more commendable Break fast variety ofitems and delicious Receptionist very cordial and helpful Overall experience is excellent and stay was pleasant.

Stay at polo towers have been amazing. Service was excellent, so was the food and ammenities provided. Pabitra was exceptional at providing required services and was very friendly. All the others staff have exceptional and friendly and made our stay very memorable. We stayed in room 214 and the room was up to our requirements.

1st time came to Polo Tower for Shillong.. Experience is really heart touching. Room was so clean and staff are so friendly. Special Sanjiv having great welcoming nature . Rate is very regionable as per Hotel Overview. will surely recommend everyone to come to this Hotel. If I talk about food part is really healthy and hygiene.

Me and my friends stayed here for 4-5 nights. Its a very clean and tidy hotel with extremely helpful staff. Special thanks to Ms Meda who was very kind and made sure that our stay was comfortable. I would definitely recommend Hotel Polo Towers to everyone.
