墨爾本沙灘酒店

We were a group of 4 family members having a 5 night stay in a 3 bedroom apartment. Bedrooms were of an ample size and there was a large bathroom however the ensuite was a tiny bit small. There was nowhere to place your toiletries other than 1 shelf above the basin. Not a deal breaker at all though. Beds were comfortable. Water was hot. Airconditioning in the living areas was more than sufficient and there was an extra unit in the main bedroom. The size of the lounge/dining/kitchen area was more than ample. Netflix was a bonus as was free Wi-Fi. Can highly recommend. Close to restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, bottle shops, etc. We will definitely stay again.

Maybe it was once nice but it has got so many issues with it and I highly recommend you look elsewhere. We stayed in a two bedroom one bathroom apartment and it was honestly the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. We were assigned room 2201W. Here are the issues we encountered during our four night stay. 1. Power outage on our last day with no back up generator for the entire building (both east and west). It’s 31 degrees outside so opening the doors is also not a smart option. Started at 9am and is already over 4 hours. As I have breastmilk in the fridge for my 3 month old, this is my worst nightmare. 2. Safe battery is low. Why hasn’t anyone changed it??? 3. Bathroom shower head plate is broken so water sprays at you un-uniformly and overall unpleasant. 4. Water drips out of the shower but the fall doesn’t go to the drain so the floor remains flooded. 5. Due to point number 4, the bottom of the bathroom door has expanded and the door does NOT close. It is so jammed that it feels like you’d break the handle trying to jam the latch in and back out. 6. Stupid placement of the microwave. You can’t open the microwave door more than 45 degrees. How on earth do you put a dinner plate in there??? 7. Missing cups/ mugs and glasses. 3 mugs, two short glasses, two tall glasses and odd numbered cutlery. Just fix it, for crying out loud! The top rack of the dishwasher was also broken making it difficult to pull in and out the middle rack. 8. Upon check in, we didn’t have any cleaning supplies such as dishwashing tablets, hand washing liquid for dishes or laundry powder. 9. Rooms are so tiny. Don’t expect to be able to open your medium sized luggages inside your room. We kept our two in the so called living space instead. 10. Generally upkeep is not there. Walls have visible stains and grime from previous guests. The whole place just overall felt really really filthy. 11. Not family friendly either. There is a flight of stairs at the entry and no ramp. There is a wheelchair elevator to the side which takes way too long to operate with a crying baby. If you’re on your own, be prepared to lift you pram up or hope a Good Samaritan can help you because the hotel staff won’t. Clearly there are issues within management and housekeeping. I sense laziness and lack of hospitality understanding is to blame. STAY ELSEWHERE!!!

總體來説很滿意的、酒店交通便利、對面就是Cole超市和華人超市、東西很多、旁邊走過一個街區就有很多餐館！酒店旁邊30/35tram都是免費的！ 本來酒店要求10點退房、我跟前台小姐打個招呼希望晚點退房、她很爽快的幫我弄好了！ 酒店性價比還是挺高的

飯店位置便利，離電車距離不遠，附近有許多韓式餐廳及咖啡廳。 房間的空間雖然還可以，景色也很漂亮，但是我們入住的房型好像有點設計不良，我們有兩個26吋及一個20吋行李箱，把行李箱打開來後發現沒有一個適合擺放的位置，擺哪裡感覺都會擋住走動位置，整體活動空間不良。另洗澡水會一直忽冷忽熱，且水會流到浴室外面，這樣需要每天都請房務整理房間，也不是很環保。 整體而言若打算住3晚以上的話，我們的經驗不是很好。

I stay in hotels A LOT! But except for one other occasion, I've never bothered to leave reviews. But this place is one of the more questionable hotels I've stayed at for several reasons. The hotel: - they charged my credit card the full fee a day BEFORE I checked in. They have a 24 hr cancellation period with minimal one night charge yet they still took it upon themselves to charge me before I actually checked in - very unethical - they want a photo of government issued ID. Weird, with all the crazy data breaches occurring, it's recommended private entities DO NOT store this unnecessary data, yet they still expected a copy. I didn't provide it, just let them sight it upon check in - the pics used to promote the apartments are stretched out and misleading. The actual apartment is small, very small if you consider the costs incurred - photos online make it look like there is a bathtub, (and when I called the hotel to check, the person I spoke to told me there was a bathtub) but there actually isn't any which is VERY inconvenient when travelling with a companion who can only use a tub (for accessibility reasons) - they don't do housekeeping every day. You can ask for fresh towels but goodluck getting a vacuum or dirty bin emptied. The actual apartment - there is no ducted air conditioning. On a hot day (was 35° when I checked in) I needed to blast the AC at 18° (we froze in the living area) just so cool air can seep into the bedroom and cool it down so we can sleep - the actual apartment was very dirty. Tiles had previous occupants hair on the floor, carpet is stained in multiple locations, glass doors and outside balcony railing dirty with hand prints and smudges - minimal crockery and cutlery provided. Only one drinking glass provided - no tea towel provided - phone in room not set up. Had to call reception from my mobile to report issues - oddly there are very few electrical ports in the living area. Difficult to charge devices - there is no shelving in the wardrobe, and it's difficult to tidy anything up or pack things away. Only one storage shelf and you need a ladder to access it - the railing for the wardrobe is so high, one needs to be over 7 foot to use it - to access the bathroom, one needs to go through the bedroom so it's really hard to have one person stay up while another sleeps - the bathroom doesn't have a drain so any access water needs to be mopped with the towels to avoid a slip hazard (problematic as they only give you 2 towels and don't do daily room service) - there are NO clothes hooks in the bathroom The positives: Overall the staff were pleasant and friendly. Every staff member I spoke to in person was hospitable, helpful and very kind. The blockout blinds were good and the sound proofing was great. They also accommodated late check out. I felt very disappointed as I travel to Melbourne monthly and was very disappointed to pay premium costs for accommodation but get what I consider inadequate facilities. I'd only recommend s

位置絕贊！就在市中心最熱鬧的那條街上，旁邊就是墨爾本中央車站。酒店周圍有很多吃飯的地方，比如樓下10米遠就有蘭州拉麪，韓國烤肉自助，中國火鍋自助，稍微走到主幹道上就能看到各種餐廳了。如果來的晚，拐角處就是24小時漢堡王，樓下一拐角還有個Metro超市。 旅遊的話，基本上墨爾本市區裏的所有景點都在3公里以內，出門就有免費的有軌電車能坐。 位置非常棒。 不過酒店本身在一個巷子裏，樓不大，説是4星級酒店，但我覺得勉勉強強吧。感覺更像是3星級。但是他處在的位置實在是好，我經常早上玩一會，然後回來喝放在冰箱裏的可樂，休息15分鐘，出門繼續嗨，然後下午再回來喝口可樂，待一會，晚上繼續。沒有一個酒店能讓我做到這樣的

每個人對酒店的要求不一樣吧！我不喜歡隔音太差的酒店，所以感覺像睡大街一樣的吵雜，這裏適合年輕人居住。 有桌球，還有乒乓球，影院，週末還有豐富多彩的娛樂活動，啤酒節，燒烤🍖

酒店位置特別好，出門就是奢侈品店鋪和網紅可頌店，離塗鴉街，大教堂，車站景點步行5分鐘，到中國街步行10分鐘，早餐非常豐富，服務也好，因為第一天到酒店已經當地時間凌晨了，服務人員還是幫忙送來了毛毯和拖鞋，非常感謝！我們帶了小朋友，一家人得到了很好的照顧和體驗，下次來墨爾本，還會入住。

預訂了雙人床 錯認為是兩張單人床 通過APP及時聯繫攜程 客服真心的負責 還給瞭解決方案 贊 。想想當初BOOKING預訂杜拜房間 到之後酒店説沒房間， booking根本就沒人接電話 回來投訴也沒人管，對比之下以後出行還是攜程方便。

我們體驗的第一部分是服務團隊的Cameron。我們0804房間有一個問題,空調無法正常工作,並吹入房間恆定的熱空氣(超過25.5度)。卡梅倫迅速趕到現場,解釋了他要調查的事情,然而在一個非常溫暖的夜晚後,他自己與前台麗莎做了所有的安排,把我們搬到另一個相同的類型房間1304,並協助我們搬家。卡梅倫的態度和積極主動的行動是一流的。做得好卡梅隆。我們在一個4晚預付套餐,但2晚後,我們收到了一些關於一個重症家庭成員的令人不安的消息。我在一個非常痛苦的狀態下去接待,並與前台的麗莎交談,她非常同情和理解,不可能更支持她。麗莎接着去和她的經理交談,然後回來,並建議豪華逃亡與我聯繫,因爲情況和我們的假期縮短了。幸運的是,那天下午我們能夠飛往悉尼的航班,回到我們的家,到醫院去和家人一起呆45分鐘,然後他們去世了。麗莎所採取的同情和個人方法將永遠留在我生命中如此關鍵的時刻。最後,我們收到了來自豪華逃亡的電子郵件,其中說諾富特墨爾本柯林斯已經退還了我們預付費用的一半,並同意將包裹調整爲2晚,而不是原來的4晚。酒店不必這樣做,特別是考慮到我們必須緊急退出,所以我感謝酒店經理Lisa在做出決定時與他交談。我們將回到墨爾本,當生活恢復正常,在我們的經歷之後,只有1家酒店我們會考慮入住,那就是諾富特墨爾本柯林斯。
