Great place clean

1. Two treadmills and a recumbent stashed in a closet-sized room DO NOT constitute a GYM. YOU LIED !! 2. HOW DIFFICULT IS IT TO MAKE EGGS? Seriously, the entire hotel was down in the dinning area waiting on eggs !!!! WHY ??? By the way, I didn't get any because I had things to do and couldn't wait. 3. NOBODY was at the desk when I tried to check in. There was no bell at the desk AND there was no phone number to call (BELIEVE ME, I LOOKED ONLINE EVEN). I waited at the desk for like 10 minutes. **sorry, but you guys failed on almost every level***

we were not told that the hotel was being completely renovated for all the days we stayed there. we received an exhorbitant rate of over $300 for an extra night due to an emergency. we had no option to relocate as other hotels were booked. we are requesting a refund and have pictures to show you re the state of the hotel without prior warning from either hotel or ******* which is usually the case as well as rates reflecting the disrepair.

No TV remote in room. Had to get another one from the front desk. When TV and microwave were run together a breaker popped. No maintenance staff available. Just one polite but clueless lady at the front desk. Had to pull the entire TV and desk console off the wall to get at a plug *****. Wiring for TV was a rats nest. Room was a 3 out of 10 for cleanliness and maintenance. Window shade broken. Floor was under construction. Very poor contractor control (I'm a GC). Temp controls not maintained. Elevator was a mess.

This was one of the most dirty rooms have ever stayed in. The shower had hair in it as well as one of the beds. There was also what looked to be dried blood in the other bed. Called down to switch rooms no answer. It was super late and had to work early that morning. Probably wont ever stay at another one.

Booked this hotel online and then called to ask a couple of questions. Never mentioned they were doing renovations which would be happening the ENTIRE DAY for my entire stay; just outside of my window. I asked to change rooms but they could not accommodate. I specifically needed a hotel room to have a private daytime work space for (remote) HIPAA-sensitive work. Due to the noise and incessant beeping of a crane rolling around outside my window, I could not accomplish either of these. Unbelievable that they just didn't have another room to move me to (when I was told they had several rooms because a sports group would be leaving day prior to my visit). The manager at the desk noted "you were really stressed out about the noise, huh?". Yes. Yes I was. It prevented me from doing what I was paying to be there to do, which was work. Also, manager "wished" she could give me some money back on my reservation, but 'since you booked through ******* we can't do that'. As well, there was significant evidence of mold in the bathroom of room 212. And my hotel phone rang at juuust before 3 am both days I was there. One ring. Enough to wake me up for the day. They said they were having 'some other trouble' with the phones and would mention it to the phone company. All-around a non-productive, inconvenient, frustrating and expensive stay.

Good location. Lots of places to eat in walking distance. The room was not cleaned nor towel exchanged. Pillows stank. Room did not have door tag to hang "please make-up room" so it was our fault room wasn't cleaned. Gentleman behind counter nasty with all excuses for the nastiness of the facility. No hot coffee nor cookies at desk. Previous stays at this hotel were great. Will never stay in this hotel again.

The hotel was going through renovations and a complete mess. Wished we were notified so we could change our reservations to a different Hampton Inn location. Very disappointed
