receptionist service was very unhelpful. I requested a change to my stay schedule 1 day before the day I booked the accommodation. or a partial refund solution because I entered the wrong arrival date where I was supposed to stay in March 2024. I have sent proof of my plane ticket to the receptionist. as proof that I accidentally made the wrong order regarding my request for a partial refund... even though a third party (trip.com) had helped to request a refund from the property... the receptionist's treatment at this hotel was really disappointing. there was no intention of helping me get my funds back... even though I also booked the wrong hotel for Brisbane, and they were very kind and still allowed me to refund the remaining nights of my stay...
