墨爾本普雷斯頓諾富特酒店(Novotel Melbourne Preston)

Very clean and bright first impression...to be able to check in late was a bonus... The check in was very pleasant and took no time at all... My partner & I enjoyed our stay that much we booked another night...we requested a late check out thinking only one hour extra but was given 2 hours extra... Definitely we will stay at the Novotel Preston again

The staff were friendly and were able to supply a shower chair when asked. The room was fabulous and suited our purpose very well. The downside was the lack of non digital information. There were no instructions on using the air conditioner and so we were chilly at night. Equally you had to use a QR code for in room service which I don't use. They read the menu aloud when I rang but a hard copy would be very useful. The breakfast was very good and so was our evening meal when we ate there - if a little tardy arriving!

Such a lovely comfortable place to stay, and stay were so friendly. The restaurant and their staff were an added bonus. Definitely will be back

Our stay at the Novatel was fantastic. Great room, great service, great food!!! We will return 🙂

I’m sure there are nicer rooms in the building but the room we were in was extremely noisey, cramped and poor quality eg, shower didn’t drain properly flooded the whole bathroom. TV system is poor and doesn’t show all free to air channels.

Plenty of lounge space but toilet and shower space very limited.

Great stay again. Comfortable bed and bedding. Room with everything I needed. Quiet. Convenient location for trains and trams. Will return.

Everything is great in this hotel. We got the suites on the top floor looking out the city.A

Hotel was clean and quiet. Cafe inside was convenient in the morning. However disability parking area was closed off and parking underground was not free for guests. We had to park on the road which was not convenient or close from the entrance of the hotel.
