The apartment was filthy dirty.
- Carpets not vacuum
- Food stuck to the carpet
- Food stuck to the front of the fridge
- Food & spill marks on the couches
- Food stuck to the privacy blinds
- Finger marks all over the glass table, coffe table & all taps
- Food & hand marks all over the bedroom mirror.
- Toothpaste still on the taps in the bathroom
- The toilet was dirty & hair beside the toilet.
- Dirty water runs beside & under the vanity.
This is just to mention a few of the issues we encountered.
On complaining to the front desk we were advised that housekeeping could clean on Monday, which was 2 days later & our check day...
I had to spend time cleaning the apartment just to feel slightly comfortable as we had no option but to stay.
I have since contacted management who apologised that they were having housekeeping issues due to the housekeeping manager being off that weekend but the filth had been there for more than 1 weekend plus, the apartment had been vacant the night prior to our check in so that is no excuse as there would have been no rush to clean.
We paid good money & no compensation or any form of reimbursement was offered & further correspondence was ignored by Management.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL, spend your hard earned money elsewhere.
