孟菲斯東/公園大道萬怡酒店(Courtyard Memphis East/Park Avenue)

Das Zimmer war sehr gut, Mikrowelle in der Nähe der Eismaschine. Pool auch sehr gut. Leider ging das Internet nicht und anstatt zu helfen, wurde mir vom Empfang gesagt ich sollte die technische Hotline anrufen. Frühstück wird nicht angeboten, da im Hotel ein Frühstücksrestaurant in der Lobby vorhanden ist. Leider Sonntags geschlossen.

The property was nice. My room was not very clean in the bathroom and had hair on the floor with crumbs of food in the sink. I cleaned it with my cleaning products and move forward.

Upon arriving the front desk clerk was not friendly and made no eye contact. Also $7 parking, no free breakfast only a overpriced kiosk.However the room was clean and stocked. All other employees I encountered were very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Also appears to be in a nice area.Overall my stay was great and I will stay again!

The staff was amazing. I don't think I've ever encountered such friendly service. I checked in an hour or so early and the receptionist was so nice. I came in a side door and the maintenance/cleaning staff held the door for us. The lady in the cafe was super nice too. Everything was great. The hotel was clean and very nicely remodeled. The pool and courtyard was very nice. I had an exterior facing room. If I were staying longer it would have been nice to have a room on the beautiful courtyard. There was a train out my sliding door but it didn't bother me. It was a nice area too. I walked to a restaurant for dinner.

The complex was nice and we felt safe. The check in process was not the best. We had an issue with a couple of things with the billing and front desk lady was not helpful at all and was pretty annoyed I was even asking a question (one that should have been taken care of at check-in). I figured out the problem myself, went back to address it, and was turned away again with no help and a not nice glare. Had another issue when I got my bill and had an error, called and again the lady was so rude. (Come on people we are adults!) Oh well if you need a place to stay, this works. Just don’t expect much from one of the front desk ladies.

Execellent stay, nothing on the website mention paid parking on site.

The Hotel state was very good, just as it was the last time I stay there

The hotel was clean, cozy and quiet. The staff was excellent.

Rooms should be serviced daily and the property is very dingy. The pool chairs were almost all damaged.
