The is a nice hotel. It is very clean and updated. The pool and hot tub made the stay even better. The rooms are spacious and the staff are very friendly. I will gladly stay here again.

Hotel was very clean and nice the staff was friendly and the hotel had excellent breakfast all was hot and ready with great option. I would recommend this hotel to everybody and I will for sure book again

My 10 year daughter and I have stayed at this hotel quite a few times. Everything was great as usual, except for a delay at check in. We arrived a little after 4 pm and had to wait 30 mins for our room to be ready. Normally check in is at 3. The front desk clerk was very nice though.

Check in was very disappointing. The gal at the desk was not friendly and lacked customer service. All information I received said check in was 3:00 and we were there at 3:05. She told us check in was 4:00 “we must have the wrong info”. We returned at 4:00 but didn’t get into a room until 4:45. Even the room door info states 3:00. Put a damper on an our evenings plan in Memphis. Other than that the room was fantastic!!

I paid $165.00 for one night and was told that breakfast was at 7:00. When I went to breakfast I was told that breakfast was not included and would be $12.50 more. Seriously $165 and breakfast is not included. NOT ACCEPTABLE!

I was extremely happy with this hotel for the price. Everything was fairly new and updated. Things like soft closing toilet seat Keurig coffee pot in the room refrigerator and microwave in a cabinet a large TV and a great choice of channels, and Airconditioning controlled by a thermostat not a big loud box under your window. So far I have never been disappointed with an IHG Hotel

The guy that checked us in was so great!! He was very professional but had such a great gift of southern hospitality....we felt at home as soon as we checked in!! The lady who checked us out....very same!! Even the ladies who cleaned the room were so friendly!! The room was very clean and the breakfast was one of the best we've had!! Great prices as well!! We have stayed here often and we love it!! :)
