Liked the artwork & location and the valet clerk. Front desk staff was extremely cold and disconnected. In fact the valet staff could have given the front desk staff a lesson in customer service. Besides our room not being ready at 3:30 they (one in particular) never greeted us, showed no empathy for making us wait in the lobby, and never notified us when a room became available, and NEVER took her feet off the counter behind the front desk the entire time we dealt with her. The room was missing furniture (chair) and the coffee maker didn't work. The bathroom was in serious need of refurbishing as the caulk, grout and wallpaper were all falling off/out.
