孟菲斯市中心舒適酒店(Comfort Inn Memphis Downtown)

Best location, comfortable

Air conditioning didn't work properly. I got a queen not a double. Staff member thought i was bringing extra people to the pool which i didn't use. My grandson son and daughter came to the room to cool off because it was hot.

Ein besonderes Lob verdient das Personal in dieser Unterkunft. Sie sind stets sehr freundlich und bemüht. Das Hotel an sich ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Einrichtung ist alt. Die Zimmer sind aber sehr sauber. Leider hatte der Pool nicht geöffnet. Morgens wurden wir immer vom Getöse des vorbeifahrenden Zuges geweckt um ca. 6.30 Uhr. Außerdem empfehle ich kein Zimmer im 15. Stock zu nehmen, da sich auf dem Dach die Haustechnik befindet, die sehr laut ist. Einschlafen war nur mit Ohropax möglich. Beim Frühstück musste man schnell sein, sonst konnte man nur noch ergattern was übrig blieb. Bagels waren schnell weg. Die Lage des Hotels ist gut. Alle Attraktionen in Downtown waren zu Fuß erreichbar. Alles in allem für 2 - 3 Nächte okay.

The hotel staff was so warm and welcoming. Everyone we came in contact with was kind and engaged with their task. The hotel is old, but it appears they are trying to update it. My room smelled of cigarette smoke, though the hotel is now non-smoking, and in hindsight, I should have asked to change rooms. The breakfast was good quality, and plenty of options

Probably won’t stay here again. Staff seemed irritated and unavailable. Breakfast was good, but didn’t have bacon, (as advertised). Asked the cook if she would put some bacon out, and the housekeeper said no, we’re going to close soon. It was 8:57 AM, and they closed at 10. I said that’s over an hour. The cook then said she would have to prepare and it would be a while. She never returned. Went to the desk to check out, no one there for at least 15 minutes. No breakfast and long wait to check out with workers with attitude equals No return for me !!!! Never again !

This is a nice hotel to stay in when you need a get away, but all though I had next door neighbors causing noise but the hotel it self was awesome. Will be back soon🙂

Just an average stay with an average room. chair in room was old and dirty. Hotel needs updating. They did not advertise that they charge for parking. Great location. The staff were all nice and helpful.
