孟菲斯比爾街凱悦尚萃酒店(Hyatt Centric Beale Street Memphis)

Hotel was nice and in a nice area for walking on Beale. There was a boil order for tap water in Memphis during my stay. A letter was posted that they would provide water but when I asked for water they tried to charge me. They insisted I still pay even when I showed them their letter stating water would be provided. Typically a carafe of coffee is available at hotels I have stayed at in the past but they charged for coffee in the lobby. The food was delicious but took so long I was late for an event. It took over an hour to be seated, order and eat breakfast

I arrived at check in around 5pm and they keep stalling with giving me a room saying they had to check with housekeeping to verify that the room was ready. I watched as several other people checked in with no problem.

The Hyatt Centric is a very modern and updated Hotel. The rooms are clean qnd beautiful. The bed light up and the review was beautiful. It’s walking distance to everything(Beale St, Civil Rights Museum, Trolley, Local Restaurants and Clubs) The rooftop bar had live music and a beautiful view. Highly recommend this Hotel for future trips. The staff and and valet were all great!

It was ok …Hard to get a drink from bar as they had one bartender on New Year’s Eve in hotel lobby. Then I only booked the room for the roof top but you had to pay an extra $125 per person to go up after paying $312 for one night stay.

The room telephone didn’t work and neither did the TV. They said that they would send someone to repair it but that didn’t happen. Body wash Container was empty for taking a shower.

The property is good quality and the staff are kind and accommodating. We dealt with multiple staff members throughout our stay and each interaction was pleasant and helpful. We had to check out early and they graciously did not charge a penalty, nor did they charge us for the valet for that evening. You will likely be pleased with your room. The AC works well, the beds are comfortable, and the bathroom is nice. The area around the property is fine, but you might feel a bit unsafe at night depending on the time of year. If you're considering staying in Memphis, this is an excellent choice.

The hotel was wonderful. Very nice and clean. The lobby smelled amazing. The pillows were great. Great location and the valet service was convenient.

All out great hotel for a fun night out on the rooftop or a chill night to relax would stay again for sure

This is a nice hotel!! The staff was friendly and helpful in our stay and helped us decided what was a must see on Beale Street.
