Hôtel dont les prestations sont excellentes. La grande propreté est vraiment très très appréciable. L acceuil est excellent. Hôtel chaleureux dans lequel on se sent bien. Très proche des pistes, 5 min à pied du local à ski. Dans le centre de la station. Le petit déjeuner et le dîner sont à la hauteur de l établissement. Le personnel est parfait. Merci pour le séjour.

Accueil, attention et gentillesse de tout le personnel , Très belle sujétions de poisson à la carte du restaurant et bien d’autres… Emplacement de l’hôtel à deux pas des pistes. Propreté de la chambre. Séjour parfait ! Nous reviendrons au plus vite !

I recently stayed at this hotel, which is beautifully located in Méribel in the Alps. It is extremely well appointed and perfectly situated, offering all the charm one would expect in such a setting. However, I left disappointed by several aspects of the experience — particularly around service and basic customer orientation. On arrival, I was surprised to find there was no coffee machine in the room. When I raised this with the service team, I was informed that — despite paying over €470 per night — coffee in the room was not included in the tariff. Instead, I was told I could go to the bar but would have to pay for a coffee there. When I questioned this, the response was simply, “It is what it is.” The following morning, I went up to the dining area at 07:10 to catch up on emails before skiing. Breakfast service officially started at 07:30, but I was told I could not sit anywhere in the dining area and was instead directed to the library space beyond. I asked if I could use the automated coffee machine but was refused. After some debate, a member of staff eventually relented and allowed me a coffee — hardly an unreasonable request for a guest of the hotel. On the final day, we wanted to watch an international sporting event. Locals assured us there was a television in the bar. However, when we went there, we were categorically told there was no television available and were sent back to the library. There, we were informed that it was hotel policy not to turn the television on during the day under any circumstances. It was only after escalating the matter to the manager — and further discussion — that the television was switched on and the fire lit. To be clear, the hotel itself is of a good standard. The rooms are a little small, but that is not unusual in the Alps. My issue lies squarely with the lack of flexibility, choice, or even basic courtesy extended to guests. Several situations could have been handled differently, and I found it frustrating to be told things that were simply not accurate — particularly regarding the television, access to coffee, and general guest consideration. Regrettably, despite the hotel’s strengths in location and finish, I cannot rate it positively. The approach to service fell well short of expectation and left me disappointed.

Un séjour de 5 jours , sans mauvaise surprise. La chambre de charme était très agréable avec une salle de bain irréprochable et d'une grande propreté. Le personnel est attentif pour le bien être de chacun, au niveau de l'accueil et pour le service en salle. La restauration en demi pension est excellente et en quantité. Pour résumer un séjour de qualité qui donne envie de revenir.
