希爾頓歡朋酒店-梅里迪恩(Hampton Inn Meridian)

Such a nice, clean friendly place! Room was spotless and smelled wonderful. I was so pleasantly surprised. Honestly, freeway hotels are not always "as advertised", but this one was everything promised! Soft bed, fridge and microwave. Front desk super friendly. Would highly recommend!

The front desk staff person at check in was very nice and made us feel welcome. We stayed on a first floor room and ended up in a handicap friendly room which was clean but with ever Lowered it was a little awkward. Also the walk in shower water pressure was very low and water was able to get out on the floor due to a shorter shower curtain. The Breakfast in the morning was not as good as we have had there before but all in all our stay was fine and we will definitely stay here again in the future.

Staff was great and very helpful. Booked through ******* that some how got cancelled. They were able to fix it once we got here. Going back to only booking direct through Hilton.

The room is clean. It just wake me up when the ac turns on bec it’s loud. Overall ok for overnight stay.

Reserved and paid for a king size bed and a couch bed combo. I was given a room with no couch and it was never cleaned. Food EVERYWHERE. I went and told them about it and they said they couldn't give me a king bed and couch combo. Obviously I wasn't gonna stay in a room covered in burger king wrappers and coke bottles They gave me a room with two queen beds. Which wasn't great for our particular family situation. My two little kids wanted to sleep with their mom. But both could not in a queen. I reserved weeks earlier. I feel cheated.

The staff was absolutely phenomenal. The room was clean and great. Disappointed the pool and gym were under renovations but it has to be done at some point, right? Overall very happy.

The front desk clerk was stuck on a call and the line backed up. Other employees walked by and spoke to the clerk on the call but never acknowledge the 6 or 7 customers in line. The parking lot had huge pot holes that were hard to see at night. The room was nice. I was lucky I didn’t damage a tire. Staffing needs to be improved

My room was assigned two additional times during my 2 night stay causing me to be locked out because room keys were issued to other guests. The hotel reported my stay as a no show & because I booked with ******* the hotel wasn’t able to give me a receipt or proof that I was there so all I can do is hope my credit card is billed correctly because it will be at least a month before I get the bill to verify. Unsafe & unacceptable because whoever they issued keys to could’ve been in my room while I was out.

The Happy Hour lady was so gracious and friendly. She made everyone feel at home. All the "excellent" stars to her!
