Very clean, provided towels to the pool, bit further from the town center.

It's on the hills with view of roof tops and distant water. Enjoyed the outlook. Location is fine, not far to everything, eg Wheelers is less than 10 min drive. We had an upper floor unit facing the view, but others will not get that. The units are probably from the 80s, but no complaints about condition and seemed clean and nicely presented. Kitchen and bathroom well- equipped, lots of good linen, even a corkscrew in the kitchen. Hot water pressure is good. Bathroom a good size. Slept well too, so bed comfortable. If you are comfortable this style, then recommended.

Older style units but comfortable, clean , quiet area. Significant walk to town centre. Steep hill return. Didn't see reception. Lock box key pick up and check out. Good communication. Great budget accommodation.

We booked direct and asked for a room on the 2nd floor. It afforded us a very nice view of the town and lake. The motel is older style, but was very clean and comfortable. The room was a good size, with queen bed, 2 seater settee, table and chairs. The usual MWO, plates, toaster etc. Shower was good, the aircon was older style, but was a split system so wasn't too noisy. We heated up the room, and turned it off when we went to sleep. The room remained warm all night. Be aware if you google the motel, the address will be listed as Merimbula Drive, not 1 View street. The motel is on the corner of those streets. We were driving down and as as it was getting dark, had trouble finding it. We walked down into the CBD for dinner, only a 14 minute walk.

Convenient location with all amenities and restaurants are walkable. Rooms are decent. Has bad experience with the last at the concierge who asked for our Credit Card details and was arguing inspite of the entire trio was paid upfront via *******. She was also very curious to know who all will be staying and can I show those individuals to them etc. I'm surely going to avoid booking this property in future.

Clean rooms, good facilities , check in was easy, good price. Lots to do around area, plenty of shops. We didn’t have time to use the pool but a nice walk up and down the streets, plenty to look at as well.

Stayed 2 nights at this motel on a driving trip, would definitely stay here again if in Merimbula. Spotlessly clean, great facilities (laundry, bbq, pool) Rooms with mini kitchen and super comfy beds and bedding.

Very accommodating to my request for cooking amenities. Provided transportation to and from my coach transport which was very helpful with luggage. Great Wifi. Very clean and unit serviced daily

Friendly staff. Clean and tidy room. Comfortable beds. With an ocean view frim our balcony ✨️ 😍
