The staff at the Comfort Inn and Suites in Merritt truly made our stay amazing. Their warmth, charm, and consummate hospitality was evident right from the get go. Our room was clean, fully stocked, and the bedding really made the stay especially as someone who has trouble sleeping. Any request we made was promptly answered, and, at one point, the GM himself followed up to ensure that we had everything we needed. This wasn't our first time staying here and certainly won't be our last. The level of service we receive has always been consistent and that's what keeps us coming back. We felt as if we were staying with family. Bravo to their team for their hard work and warmth!

Stayed at this property for one night on the way to Jasper. Check-in was quick and efficient and there was ample parking in front of the hotel. The room was very large, it had a sitting area, fridge, microwave and nice bathroom with large tub. The room was very clean. The free breakfast was the usual continental items, the breakfast room as very large and clean. All interactions with staff were positive.

I’ve stayed here a few times on my way from Alberta to Vancouver. The views from the hotel are spectacular. Rooms are big and clean. Beds are comfortable. And the staff are super helpful. There is a family run pub conveniently located next door. Great location and stay!!!!!!

We booked 3 rooms, had 4 adults and 4 kids. No table to eat at. No extra chairs, 2 only. Silverfish in the bathroom, dead flies in the bathroom. Room service was non existent. Woman taking care of the breakfast bar was terrible rude. Breakfast was just barely edible, kids eat anything and they had trouble finding something. Won't book here again. EVER

Good overall hotel. Check in was good, the room clean, very nice view. On the downside, breakfast could be improved with better sausages and more cereal variety. The air conditioner/heater works well enough but it is a bit noisy and it blows air right on the bed. This could be fixed by moving the bed and night tables over to the opposite wall and moving the other furniture to the wall where the bed was. In that way the air would blow past the foot of the bed and not bother anyone.

Myself and my partner arrived at the hotel around 8 pm after being in a car accident on a road trip. We went up to our room and it was filthy and damaged. I would expect this quality for $100 a night but not $200 a night. There were bugs in the lights, poop in the toilet, marks all over the walls, filthy sink and shower, ripped curtain. We spoke with management and they kindly offered another room, but it had the same issues. They said they couldn't offer any compensation as we booked through *******. We spoke to ******* who said we can cancel and leave and we'd get a partial refund. At this point it was 10 pm, we are exhausted and there are no comparable hotels available in the area so we had to stay or sleep in our car. So, buyer beware. Surprisingly no bed bugs at least.

ALL the staff were friendly and professional. The accessible room was really spacious, we loved it. Quick to fix the smoke detector that needed new batteries. Pool area was clean enough to enjoy, can't complain. Breakfast was good enough too. THANKS, I personally would stay again.

Beautiful, new hotel with amazing amenities. I was extremely impressed with my stay and will be returning soon. The food was great and the location was perfect. A very safe, friendly, and comfortable environment.

My husband & I stayed at Comfort Inn, Merritt for two nights. The management & staff are extremely kind and accommodating. They went above & beyond throughout our stay. Looking forward to staying here again in the future. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Merritt.

This hotel pleasantly exceeded my expectations. I was on a long drive with my family and we wanted to rest overnight and we came across the Comfort Inn in Merritt. The room was very cozy and clean, breakfast was excellent with a lot of variety, and the staff was very friendly. Also great local restaurants with authentic food, would recommend to anyone stopping in the area!

I stayed here for over a week and felt at home. The staff were great and the cleanliness of the room and overall hotel was in great condition the housekeeping staff were always asking me if I needed anything which was very nice. I enjoyed the hot tub and pool. I will be back

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff are very professional and helpful. All makes for a great stay. Quiet location close beside a great restaurant called Game on and quick highway access. Best hotel in Merritt.

We stayed for one night on our way back to Vancouver Island in early October 2022. The location is great, with very easy access from the Coquihalla. There are also lots of places nearby for eating, getting groceries, getting gas, etc. it’s about a five minute drive into downtown Merritt. Check in was very easy. Our room was up on the fourth floor. We had a king size bed and lots of room in the unit. Typical amenities with a fridge and microwave. The bathroom was nice as well with lots of towels and toiletries. We only had a shower But that was fine for one night and it was a nice shower. The room was very quiet and so were the hallways. We have no idea if we are neighbours or not. They offer a free breakfast that has lots of variety. The morning that we were there they had eggs and then omelets as well as sausages. In addition they had cereal, yogurt, baked goods, various juices and hot beverages. There are some workers staying there that are working on the pipeline and highways and they were actually the only people in the breakfast room and they were exceptionally quiet. We would most certainly stay here again.
