At the check-in date I reminded about my wishes, paid for two rooms and got on there. The rooms were for smoking persons; the furniture was dirty. I went down to reception immediately and asked my money back. They said that’s impossible due to me paid with the credit card and only call-center can help me. I called them and they said that I need to wait the answer from the head office. I was waiting for 3 hours, called them back but nobody answered. And I suppose my phone number is still blocked for them. I tried to resolve my problem using e-mail, but they answered me only once, requested some information about payment, I gave all the documents they wanted. After that, they stopped to answer me too. It’s because they have to give my money back but they don’t want to. As I wrote before it was absolutely disgusting and dirty staying there and didn't get my money back at the same moment. I wrote you to help me resolve my problem and I'm still waiting for you answer like a fool. I was pretty sure that an organization like yours doesn't treat like this their clients. In fact, you keep me waiting for more than 5 months, it's unacceptable. I want you to connect me with the CEO because I want my money back. 4 300 turkish lira.
