Otel personeli güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Oda çok temizdi diğer odaları bilmiyorum ama kaldığımız odanın manzarası harikaydı. Kahvaltı güzeldi. Otelle ilgili tek sorunumuz oda kliması yeterince soğutmuyordu. Bir yıldız bu sebepten ötürü düşük verdik.

訪訪客Hello there! My name is Erik Mustafin. My Ref: 05461798 I have to say that I had enough patience but now I'm sick of it. First of all, I was cheated by your hotel in Mersin. How it was: I connected with your hotel there to be sure that it has non-smoking rooms with beautiful view. It was a gift for my wife’s birthday. They said that there is no problem with that. At the check-in date I reminded about my wishes, paid for two rooms and got on there. The rooms were for smoking persons; the furniture was dirty. I went down to reception immediately and asked my money back. They said that’s impossible due to me paid with the credit card and only call-center can help me. I called them and they said that I need to wait the answer from the head office. I was waiting for 3 hours, called them back but nobody answered. And I suppose my phone number is still blocked for them. I tried to resolve my problem using e-mail, but they answered me only once, requested some information about payment, I gave all the documents they wanted. After that, they stopped to answer me too. It’s because they have to give my money back but they don’t want to. As I wrote before it was absolutely disgusting and dirty staying there and didn't get my money back at the same moment. I wrote you to help me resolve my problem and I'm still waiting for you answer like a fool. I was pretty sure that an organization like yours doesn't treat like this their clients. In fact, you keep me waiting for more than 5 months, it's unacceptable. I want you to connect me with the CEO because I want my money back. 4 300 turkish lira. You have my dates; I want you to connect with me as soon as possible. Otherwise I will have to make my case public.
Vvandams1968Nicely located, easy to find and very accommodating staff who are genuinely friendly and welcoming. Apartment and rooms were clean and well equipped. For a stop over in Mersin you should feel very comfortable and safe. Free parking provided on site, several markets and hospital very close by.
Куча причин чтобы отказаться от выбора данного отеля. Во-первых, чистота оставляет желать лучшего. Рваные простони и шторы, плесень в ванной, пыль и отлетевшая краска со стен. Во-вторых кухня, несоблюдение санитарных норм (Женщина официант положила на стол совок для подметания полов.) В-третих, Актаз делает ремонт и приглашает гостей, осознавая что проживание в отеле будет невозможно, так как вы будете дышать строительной пылью и просыпаться в 9:00 под звуки перфоратора и ломание стен. Ремонт возможно будет, а уважение к гостю? Вряд ли. Очень жаль, что я не могу приложить видео. Надеюсь, фотографии уберегут вас от горя отеля.
