New owners in the place and the regular receptionist has a dismissive attitude. Some rooms are quite nice and it’s a good deal but be careful, the ‘price’ starts at $44 but after taxes etc it sometimes becomes $75. It used to be about $52 but now it’s at least $62 no matter what the initial cost said. The last room was awful: clogged sink, floors dirty, the door could only be opened by the staff, apparently the key cards didn’t work so you would need to see the receptionist to enter. But other times it is nice.

Just off near downtown Mesa. Rooms are not huge but good if you're spending the night. For me the beds were the best part. Sunk into both in the different rooms I was in. Not the over plush or brick hard beds...just nice comfortable sheets and a...good bed. Honestly, didn't feel like I'd laid in a bed like this since I was a kid. I want one!!

It was nice and clean and very quiet but the water gor the shower was either scalding hot or freezing cold there was no inbetween

The room itself wasn’t horrible, however, there was what looked like food left on one of the night stands and one of the overhead lights and 1 lamp didn’t work. The toilet was not secure so every time we went to the bathroom it was wobble and the shower head was tilted at a weird angle with little water pressure and not a lot of hot water, mostly luke warm at best. Over all it was okay.

Not the best motel. Not very clean

This would have to be the poorest hotel we have ever stayed in for $170. Does America have no standard or regulations that need to be upheld.?

Es un lugar aceptable el aire acondicionado.funciona bien solo la limpieza de la habitacion no fue la.mejor tenia cabellos en la tina un sobre de shampoo abierto las toallas muy manchadas pero para dormir esta bien

周辺にはスーパーや飲食店などあり便利でした。モーテル自体は古いですが、値段も安いので許容範囲でした！スタッフの方たちも皆フレンドリーで優しかったです。 また泊まろうと思います。

This was cancelled the same day it was made. I also called in the day of after see it was still active to cancel it again. I talked to a lady and told me she would talk to her manager to get it cancelled as no further communication was made. I see this establishment needs the money more than me. What a terrible way to do business. NEVER AGAIN!!!
