卡薩布蘭卡娛樂場酒店(CasaBlanca Resort and Casino)

I had stayed at the Casa Blanca about 18 years ago and since that time the hotel and ****** never changed it's still the same and it had been in business for years before my first visit. The room smelled, the carpet was worn, the wall paper in the bathroom was peeling off the wall, the tile baseboard was loose and falling away from the wall beneath the counter. The mattresses are crap and the room decorations and decor are completely outdated. I will not visit there again until they renovate and spruce the place up. Come on C/B take some pride in your hotel and ****** and spend some of those profits!

Muy limpia y muy tranquila la propiedad en general. solo creo que deberían actualizar un poco las habitaciones pues la decoración y muebles se ven bien antiguos. se debe caminar mucho desde el elevador hasta la habitación (al menos en la que estuve hospedada) por lo demás me encantó!!!

We liked Kathrine’s, but your rooms are old and filthy. Beds are horrible and the pillows stink. First and last time we will stay here.

The person at front desk,didnt tell us how to connect to wifi or give us a passcode They didnt tell us where the fitness room was Didnt explain how get to rooms

The bed sheets was so dirty look like they use the same sheets we find lots of hair in the mattress

Bathroom was not clean. Wallpaper around tub in terrible condition . Helpful workers, but rooms need deep cleaned . Lint and dirt behind door in bathroom . No washcloths.

The spa was wonderful! Loved every second of it. Our room on the other hand was less than to be desired. The mini fridge still had food in it from previous guests, there was a used bar of soap in the shower, the towels had stains on them, but the biggest issue was that the room and the bed had the worst odor. We thought it was the sheets or blankets. Called and asked that housekeeping change them. Later we got back into bed and the smell was still there. It was the mattress that was holding the smell. Called the front desk and they were nice enough to switch us to a different room. That room was much better, it didn’t smell, mini fridge was cleared out, and no previous guest items were left in the shower. I think we will go back, probably just some bad luck on the room.
