新奧爾良梅塔裏麗怡酒店(Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Metairie (New Orleans), La)

Les chambres sont très propres. Le petit-déjeuner est très bien. Il y a un espèce de patio avec un feu le soir c'est très sympa. En revanche l'hôtel est composé de deux parties un bâtiment principal et un autre bâtiment avec un patio. À l'intérieur du patio il y a des chaises et des tables ce qui est très très bruyant les gens hurlent boivent donc très très difficile de dormir. Ce qui est fort dommage puisque l'hôtel pourrait être tout à fait sympa. Jusqu'à 2h du matin je n'ai pas réussi à dormir parce que continuellement des gens rentraient faisaient du bruit rigolaient, criaient dans le patio. Exiger d'être dans le bâtiment principal si vous voulez dormir tranquillement

You can feel the springs in the bed. I actually bruised my knee on them. The music in the courtyard was too loud. The fan on the ac wouldn't run continually to cover the sound. Woke up at 1145 to the sound of a man in the courtyard having an argument on his cell phone.

I was lied to about the hotel not having king sized beds and I was placed in a queen. I walked around the hotel and could see that they had 3 king size rooms not being used. Also the hotel blamed it on ********** and said that the reservation was for a queen size bed. But then another associate confirmed that the reservation was changed from King to queen.

Es una propiedad cómoda y práctica, mi único pero es que la habitación es pequeña y las camas matrimoniales no son muy cómodas

The dirty washcloth I found under the sink told me the bathroom floor had not been cleaned. The gap under the door to the adjoining room meant we heard every word of our neighbors conversation until they went to sleep at around 4:00 AM. The secruity gate lock failed and would not let me back into the hotel courtyard at night.
