Un paradiso incastonato nella roccia all'inizio della costiera amalfitana. Location incantevole tranquilla e non enorme a 5 stelle. Servizi eccellenti personale ovunque qualificato, educato e cordiale. Personale in spiaggia ottimo efficiente, come anche il personale in sala colazione. Camere pulitissime e personale alla reception educato e qualificato. Spa buona. Insomma che dire sono stata meravigliosamente bene❤️

Un angolo di paradiso Siamo capitati a Vico Equense per caso dopo un viaggio di lavoro e abbiamo soggiornato in questo magnifico hotel dove torneremo sicuramente. Location mozzafiato , servizio eccellente , beach club molto tranquillo e riservato con comoda discesa a mare . Tutto lo staff è molto professionale e disponibile . La camera standard molto oltre le aspettative e sicuramente molto migliore di camere superiori di altre strutture. Tutto perfetto

que dire…sinon que tout est parfait. La taille, la propreté et le confort des chambres, la vue magnifique et l’accueil. Tout est fait pour que vous vous sentiez bien. Le personnel est souriant et très agréable. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et excellent, tout comme le restaurant. Ce séjour restera un très agréable souvenir

I dont think Ive written a negative review for anything, but Capo La Gala deserves one after the treatment we received. Ill start off by saying my wife and I went to Italy for our honeymoon and couldn't be happier with the accommodations, food, sites.....besides our stay at this overpriced trash. It takes something pretty inconvenient or unfair for my wife and I to complain. There were several things what went wrong and we would have just shrugged them off if it werent for the final straw. For one, the air conditioning didnt work in our room and when we asked if someone could fix it, it never was. The "main course" for 50 euros we received at dinner wouldnt have filled a toddler. Our waiter was quite creepy and awkward. When we went to get massages no one was at the desk 4 separate times attempting to do so. For 500 dollars a night you think these simple accommodations would be taken care of and typically would have laughed off and moved on. However at dinner their was an "incident" where several bees (that my wife is highly allergic to) flew in during our meal. My wife and I both swatted them away and in the process, a plastic, cheaply made lamp that was on the edge of the table fell over, showing how sturdy it was. We apologized and continued with our meal, nothing more was said and we continued on with our night. The next morning we went to close our bill and noticed it was higher than anticipated. When reviewing everything we noticed there was a 350 euro charge from the gift shop buried into the bill. I asked if this was a mistake and the girls at the front desk uncomfortably informed us it was a lamp that was broken at dinner. I asked to speak to a manager because something wasnt accurate. The manager refused to talk to us and said "the best they could do was split the cost at 175 euro". Personally i found this to be dishonest and a stab in the back. My wife and I had spent nearly 1000 dollars in just one night between stay, dinner and lunch...yet the manager was still trying to squeeze close to 400 more out of us, while refusing to speak to us or inform us until we asked. In my opinion this was a coward move and dishonest and not what i was expecting from a "5 star hotel". In the beautiful Amalfi Coast there are plenty of better places to stay then here. The owner is a scam artist and will take your money without asking but doesnt have the sack to talk to you man to man.

I recently stayed at Capo La Gala and I am compelled to share my utterly disappointing experience. Prior to my trip, I noticed a 30% promotion being offered on my room online. Excited about the potential savings, I decided to call the hotel and inquire if they could honor the promotion on my existing reservation or if I should cancel and rebook. The person on the phone assured me that applying the promotion would not be a problem. Little did I know that this was the beginning of a nightmare. Upon checkout, it became apparent that the front desk and booking staff were not only unhelpful but also shockingly rude. It felt as if they were deliberately taking advantage of me, possibly because I am young. The level of disrespect I encountered was utterly unacceptable. To make matters worse, it took me a whole week to finally get in touch with the manager, who had promised to call me back but never did. When they did answer the phone, their demeanor was disgustingly rude and disrespectful, leaving me at a loss for words. While the area surrounding the hotel is undeniably beautiful, I strongly advise against staying at Capo La Gala if you expect to be treated with respect and kindness. The staff's behavior tarnished my entire experience, and I regret choosing this establishment for my vacation. Furthermore, I feel compelled to mention the false advertising regarding the hot tub. The pictures online depict a luxurious hot tub, but to my dismay, it turned out to be nothing more than a cold tub. There was no heat, rendering it completely unusable during my entire trip. It is highly deceptive and misleading to showcase amenities that do not live up to their advertised functionality. In conclusion, my stay at Capo La Gala was marred by rude and disrespectful staff, unfulfilled promises, and false advertising. I would strongly caution anyone seeking a pleasant and respectful experience to look elsewhere. It's a shame that such a beautiful location is let down by such abysmal service.

Abbiamo prenotato e prepagato l’unica suite che avevano, all’arrivo invece ci è stata data una camera con piscina spacciandola per una suite. Ce ne siamo accorti a fine soggiorno quando abbiamo gentilmente richiesto un late ceck out. Che inspiegabilmente ci è stato negato con la giustificazione che sarebbe dovuto arrivare un nuovo ospite. Abbiamo quindi gentilmente richiesto un cambio camera giacchè avevamo prenotato da loro pranzo e trattamenti in spa. Ma hanno affermato di non avere camere disponibili. Tutto questo con la mia compagna incinta. Controllando dal sito risultavano invece camere disponibili lo comunichiamo alla reception e loro quindi costretti ad ammetterlo finalmente ci quotano un late ceck out! Ma nel fare questo controllo scopriamo che ci avevano dato una camera inferiore a quella prenotata. Impossibile anche pensare ad un errore giacchè quella prenotata era l’unica suite che hanno in hotel. Al che decidiamo di andare via! Esperienza da non ripetere

Ottima accoglienza!! e il personale al ristorante eccezionale, cura nei dettagli e molto attento a qualunque richiesta compreso gli chef…. molto bravi e cura dei piatti.. faccio i miei complimenti. Mi sento di consigliare a tutti questa magnifica esperienza

Замечательный отель на побережье . Самый внимательный и приветливый персонал . Номера все стильные , свежие . Отлично обустроенная территория отеля . Пляж , лежаки и вход в море очень удобные . Два ресторана на территории отеля . Трансфер отеля до ближайшей железнодорожной станции , в любое время по звонку . Обязательно вернёмся .
