Ho passato un soggiorno davvero piacevole. La Palomilla è in una posizione super comoda, centrale ma tranquilla, ideale per girare la città senza stress. Lo staff è stato gentilissimo, sempre accogliente e sorridente — mi hanno fatto sentire come a casa, e questo non è poco quando si viaggia da soli. Le uniche piccole note meno positive: la camera non era molto insonorizzata (anche se per fortuna i miei vicini erano silenziosi) e il bagno era separato, ma lo sapevo già al momento della prenotazione, quindi nessuna sorpresa. Nel complesso lo consiglio assolutamente, soprattutto se viaggiate da soli: la gentilezza e l’atmosfera familiare fanno davvero la differenza.

Excellent emplacement, chambres et espaces communs très joliment décorés, wifi super efficace. Gros coup de cœur pour les déjeuners mexicains, vraiment délicieux et très variés! Bravo aux cuisinières! Et super accueil d’Eduardo, toujours disponible pour aider; et merci à Roberto de nous accueillir avec un beau sourire lors de nos retours en soirée. Nous sommes une famille de 4 donc nous avions pris 2 chambres contiguës, c’était parfait!

Desde la entrada se siente toda una experiencia mexicana única con sus colores y decoraciones. Todo el personal está a disposición de ayudar y dar el mejor servicio posible siempre con mucho amabilidad. La habitación es cómoda y está equipada de todo lo necesario para una estadía, y lo más lindo es que cada una tiene el nombre de un familiar o amigo de la dueña, y su decoración es completamente diferente, por lo que cada habitación te brinda una experiencia diferente. Está ubicado en una muy buena zona en Ciudad de México, tiene muchos cafés, restaurantes y parques a cortas distancias caminando! Me encantó La Palomilla, súper recomendado!!

Al hablar de este lugar se me vienen muchas cosas a la mente: su amabilidad, la atención, el personal, las instalaciones, los detalles, la comida, etc. que no acabaría jamás. Solo puedo decir que es un lugar maravilloso que te hace sentir como si estuvieras en casa, te cuidan, ponen atención a los detalles y sobre todo hacen que tu experiencia sea inolvidable con cada una de las experiencias y actividades que brindan. Sin duda el mejor lugar que puedes encontrar en la capital, si lo que deseas es: buena ubicación, espacios agradables, compartir momentos con tu mascota, buena atención, relajarte, divertirte y comer delicioso. Cuando vuelva a la capital no dudaría en alojarme de nuevo en La Palomilla. Gracias por todo. Lo que se hace con amor, se nota. Con cariño, Mery.

I just had the most fabulous few days at La Palomilla Bed and Breakfast in Roma Norte, CDMX and I'm already missing it! The hospitality here is truly impeccable—every detail is taken care of, making you feel instantly welcomed. Seriously, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. And the breakfasts were absolutely delicious! A perfect start to every day of exploring. The location is a perfect base for walking to so many great restaurants, museums and cool parks. It’s also an easy pick up for Uber trips to neighbourhoods and activities a littler further away. If you're planning a trip to Mexico City, you have to check our La Palomilla! Highly recommend!

I really loved my stay at La Palomilla! The staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was a really nice experience and I really liked the coffee. As a smaller operation, it was nice to see the same small group of guests every morning too. This made my vacation as a solo traveler a little bit more social, and gave opportunities to discuss fun things to do in Mexico City. The B&B is in a very nice part of town. It is only a few blocks away from Chapultapec park so there are great options for runners! There are a few parks and greenways in the area, which were well-lit and safe at night. I also appreciated the rooftop balcony, which was a pleasant area to hang out even in November. My room was very comfortable, and the cleaning was well done. I slept better at La Palomilla than I usually do when away from home. The B&B is off on a side street so it is in a very quiet area, and la Palomilla has established quiet hours for the building, too.

I really enjoyed my stay at La Palomilla. The room was really welcoming as I appreciated the local candy and fresh water that was ready when I arrived. They also provided some yummy home-made cookies. I was able to walk to a wonderful restaurant as the location is perfect. I love the breakfast in the morning and the staff was so friendly and welcoming. I'll stay here again next time I'm in Mexico City.

I spent two nights at La Palomilla and highly recommend it. My room was nice and also quiet. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was very good. I also appreciated the little ‘extra touches’. The location was very convenient and close to many restaurants and attractions. I would stay at La Palomilla again!

We loved La Palomilla! Located on a quiet street in a convenient, safe and leafy neighborhood, La Palomilla offers authentic, delicious, and beautifully plated breakfasts. The staff is warm and accommodating. The rooms are immaculate, beds and linens high quality, shower is great. Each room is delightfully decorated in a different theme, colorful yet minimalistic. As mentioned in other posts, thank you to Eduardo, Elvia, Gaby, Gerado, and Roberto for making our stay so special!

Wanted accommodations that would not feel like a business trip. Success! This is a charming, local experience where experience matched expectations set in advertisements and other reviews. Clean, quiet, friendly, safe. Three story climb to room as outlined. Breakfast was OK but elected to go elsewhere on last day.

La Palomilla is an attractive bed and breakfast with wonderful staff that treat you like family. The rooms and bathrooms are very tiny (but who’s staying in their room in Mexico City?!), but the location is great, with a few minutes’ walk to fantastic restaurants. Each room is decorated according to a different cultural theme. Note that there is no elevator but there is a large basket that can be operated between floors to move luggage up and down. In keeping with the convivial ethos of this B&B, breakfast is served at a communal table in a lovely dining room. It was consistently fabulous, offering fresh-squeezed juice (different every day), coffee, fresh fruit and a cooked breakfast that could be chilaquiles, omelet, or huevos divorciados. Everything is freshly made and presented with a huge smile. Communication with the hotel was super efficient and Lalo, who speaks great English, was most helpful with bus information. We had a wonderful stay and would be thrilled to go back.

Our entire stay at La Palomilla was absolutely amazing! The excellent food, beautiful rooms and rooftop terrace immediately welcomed us to the city, but above all it was the staff kindness that made us feel right at home at this bed and breakfast. From giving us a map with tons of recommendations when we arrived, to making us a breakfast to-go for our early morning airport departure, everything from start to finish was wonderful. A very big shoutout to Elvia, Eduardo, Roberto, Gerardo and Gaby, we're so grateful to have stayed at La Palomilla!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our 4-night stay here. The staff was attentive and kind. The breakfasts were delicious. The location was perfect and accessible. Highly recommend staying at La Palomilla! Some reviews noted having to tote suitcases upstairs - La Palomilla now has a luggage lift to carry your bags upstairs.
