普託MX酒店(Hotel Punto MX)

The room and location of the hotel were great. The service could have been a lot better. Especially during breakfast, they seemed to prioritise Spanish speaking guests. We had to ask for food and water 3 times before we were served. It was somewhat frustrating...

Las instalaciones están en muy buen estado y limpias, pero la habitación en zona de no fumar era literalmente una caja sin ningún tipo de ventilación, una ventana pequeña sellada sin forma de abrir lo cual genera calentamiento y mal olor en la habitación, parte del personal estaba más atento al celular que en atender a los huéspedes y la comida está regular, el punto bueno es que hay infinidad de lugares para conseguir alimento fuera del hotel y con mucha variedad

Todo iba relativamente normal. Hasta la hora de hacer mi check out. Resulta que me hicieron el cobro de la toalla de mano, a pesar de conentarles que nunca hubo alguna. Se me hace absurdo que alguien busque tener mala reputación por una toalla. Tengan precaución en revisar que haya todo lo que incluye el alojamiento o pueden cobrarles por algo faltante como a mí

Habitación muy chiquita, apesar de que lo externé, nunca me ofrecieron otra habitación. En el restaurant, te olvidan y practicamente tu tienes que ir a servirte el cafe; en la crema habia un pelo y la mesera solo lo escondió, no funciona el wifi, la toalla estaba rota

muy bien en general, limpieza, atencion, desayuno, area para turistear perfecta, me volveria a quedar ahi, solo si vas a descansar no pedir habitacion a la calle, muy ruidosa la ciudad , no tiene la culpa el hotel, tiene sus ventanas dobles , pero le gana el ruido de la gran ciudad

Tolle grosse Zimmer, sehr nettes Personal, sehr reichhaltiges und leckeres Frühstücksbuffet, super zentral gelegen, haben uns sehr sicher und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten fussläufig erreichbar. Top Empfehlung!!! Preis/Leistung top

El personal fue muy amable y atento en todo momento. El lugar es céntrico y agradable para descansar ya sea visita por placer o por negocios. Los desayunos son ricos

The staff were very unfriendly, except one lady , Joseling. I woke up about 1 pm with a terrible noise and not electric power. I was very scared. I could not sleep because of the noise. No one was able to change me another room. I requested a light. No respond or attempted to help. My first time in Mexico. It was the scary day of my light. The gave a room next to the electric generator, I could not go out next day because I could not sleep with the noise.

This was as bad of an experience I’ve ever had staying at a hotel in Mexico. Upon arrival our room was 80° or 26.5°C room smelled like it was a sewer. We let the front desk know of our concerns and they assured us it would be taken care of. We were gone for a full day, and only to come back to the same situation. After they told us it had been repaired. The breakfast buffet was at best mediocre many times items set emptied, such as scrambled eggs for upwards of 45 minutes. Also, they require 1000 pesos at check in for any incidentals. After two days of no air conditioning and very little concern by the management and our front desk. Our AC finally did get fixed. There is no effort whatsoever to say here have a free drink on us are any other type of effort for compensation for our inconvenience. We were moved to another room for one night in order to get a good nights rest, and then told we had to leave that room and go back to our old room , which now has been repaired. However, the smell of the sewer did not go away. Upon checkout, they inspected our room and wanted to charge us 50 pesos for a laundry bag that my wife accidentally packed. I thought that was pretty amusing. give it everything that they had put us through that they would want 50 pesos for a plastic laundry bag. Would not recommend room 111 to anybody and will not return to this property however, looking forward to visiting Mexico City again. Many other things I can add to this review on our visit
