¡Nuestra estancia fue maravillosa! Desde el personal de recepción hasta el equipo de limpieza, todos fueron muy amables y atentos. El personal del desayuno también nos brindó un excelente servicio y nos hizo sentir como en casa. La ubicación del hotel es excelente. Se puede llegar caminando fácilmente al Castillo de Chapultepec y también está muy cerca del Paseo de la Reforma. Además, hay muchos restaurantes deliciosos en los alrededores. Sin duda, volveremos a hospedarnos aquí la próxima vez que visitemos la Ciudad de México.

I’ve stayed in a lot of places in CDMX and I was super happy with Ubicuo. For one, it was surprisingly quiet! Mexico City is the loudest city I’ve ever been in and noise is always a problem for me. But I slept well at Ubicuo. One night was a little loud but it was because there was a football game and people were cheering and honking their horns everywhere. But the patio rooms aren’t facing the street so they don’t get street noise. Also, the housekeeping was shockingly good. I’ve never seen a room so meticulously cleaned. The breakfast was meh, but we usually ate out since there’s amazing restaurants and bakeries everywhere. Great location too!

This hotel was absolutely perfect for my stay in Mexico City. The room itself was more than enough space with amazing air-conditioning and perfect hot water and water pressure. But more than anything, it was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff that sets this hotel apart. They were so kind, and I even left my headphones in the room when I checked out on accident, and I was able to retrieve them a week later! Absolutely will stay here again.

We would not recommend this place. We found the rooms to be dirty when we arrived. It was cute hotel and room but Cleaning staff would just pick up the room but wouldn’t actually clean. Our personal slippers were filthy with dust and dirty by the time we returned. We had to complain and show the reception that we weren’t given new towels, floor was not swept, and soaps were not refilled. We shouldn’t have to ask for anything it should be done. We have not had an issue in other hotels before in Mexico. The location is small and free breakfast options are for European-Americans. No Mexican dishes which is interesting as it’s Mexico. Next door to the hotel a random parking lot and the street is busy where it was hard get Ubers in front of hotel. We had to get it down the block. Also, there’s stairs to enter the hotel. We had to carry our luggage up to check in. Not sure how handicap people enter the property. Local street vendors near by are all friendly and food is good. Location is good for walking to the angel and other attractions. Staff at reception was decent.

We moved rooms after the first night. The first room was in the basement - no fridge, no safe, not much natural light, noisy with doors slamming (from staff), no hand towels. The hotel offered us a different room for the remainder of our stay. The room on the fifth floor was much nicer, brighter, and more comfortable. We really appreciated the offer to change rooms. Breakfast was basic, but nice to have. You had to pay to use the Nespresso in your room - I've never stayed in a hotel where the coffee put out in the room was extra charge. You needed to buzz to be let into the hotel every time you left. The traffic on the street side of the hotel can be loud. Entire property very well kept and clean. Staff are extremely friendly and went out of their way to move us to a more comfortable room. Nice to have drinkable water provided in the room. Smart TV worked well. At the end of the day, the price was excellent for the lodging, comfort, and services received. We would definitely stay here again - just wanted to provide our observations for improvement.
