All i can say that the over all experience was good , the place was quite , clean and also everything you need was in the area already ,, if your looking for food breakfast , lunch dinner everything was in the area very accessible also help us a lot was the 7/11 ,, cafe , mall , street food also easy to access on the area ,, for concert goers like us too it was so nice that you only ride 1 jeep to puregold bucaue ,, and book Angkas or joyride much cheaper going to arena . Enjoy your stay

我們入住10天隔離:優點:工作人員友好。他們提供好的食物。缺點:酒店跑下來不好,地板和浴室髒。通向通風口的窗戶有髒衛生巾。缺少燈泡。牆壁污漬。窗戶蓋從鏽跡中脫落。空調確實有冰,所以它停止工作,很難關閉。房間裏有蚊子。走廊聞到香菸煙霧。走廊裏沒有空調。酒店入口/車道上的假草很髒 馬桶沖水不好。我們不得不打電話給維修人員尋求幫助。酒店牆壁很髒。沒有電梯。我們的房間(3樓)沒有窗戶,令人沮喪,知道你被隔離了10天,沒有看到外面。他們不保持房間乾淨,非常過時,這非常令人失望。留在別處!

飯店櫃檯的服務堪稱全場最佳，很友善並且有問必答，因為最後一天很早的飛機離開，有訂含早餐的房間，飯店幫我們準備外帶早餐（有蘋果、優格、蛋、和三明治）不是特別好吃但在清晨準備好讓我們外帶就很感激🥹 設施的部分有體驗泳池蠻舒服的泳池是方形的，旁邊的躺椅和吧台有提供付費點餐跟飲料，也有健身房。spa體驗後覺得普通沒有特別，真的很想做又不想出飯店再去即可。 我們住了三天，每天都有讓他稍微收拾房間，隔壁就是一個商場很好逛走個連通道過去又有另一個更大的商場，都蠻好逛的！早餐是吃到飽，早點去人比較少，飲料一入座就會問要什麼，吧台的餐食選項有麵包類，西式的跟中式的，還有菲律賓當地的。飯店離市區很遠，菲律賓交通壅塞，常常要出門就要花個半小時才抵達看谷歌10分鐘的路程，去到市區更是要花一小時走高速公路，時段收費也不同，搭grab是當地人推薦的，到機場車資偏高，如果住在這個飯店再周邊玩就好了，舟車勞頓蠻累的！

Dear Solaire Hotel Management, I wanted to provide feedback regarding my recent stay at your hotel. While I enjoyed the overall ambiance and service, there was an issue with the bathroom in our room that I would like to bring to your attention. Unfortunately, the bathroom floor was not draining properly, and water remained stagnant, making it uncomfortable and unpleasant to step on. This issue persisted throughout our stay and affected our overall experience. I trust that this matter will be addressed to maintain the high standard of quality associated with Solaire. We stayed overnight for my son’s birthday. I’ve nothing bad to say about this hotel at all. Ambiance - the high ceilings of the building gave the hotel a luxurious feel. The lounge area had comfy sofas; they have a restaurant that either serve buffet style or plated. Location - the hotel is located in Scout Castor. There are nearby restaurants, cafes, and a convenience store. You’ll appreciate the silence of the surroundings especially if you need a good nights rest. Hotel room - we stayed at an executive twin bedroom on the eight floor. I was very surprised with how spacious the room was for the price we paid for! It also had high ceilings with floor length windows and blind curtains. The room had a modern industrial style which i loved so much. Amenities - they have water refilling stations on every floor to prevent the use of single use plastic bottles. The pool area was so nice.. the pool itself was only about 4 feet deep. There’s also a lounge are where you can relax and enjoy the view of QC. Staff - Everyone we encountered on April 29-30, 2023 were super kind and courteous! I want to commend the receptionists (i forgot to get their names huhu) and sir Harold for being so nice to us talaga. I was alone with two small kids and nakikipag kwentuhan sila and nakikipagtawanan sila sa akin. Hehe. I dunno, I just appreciated it so much kasi this was the first time I traveled alone with my kids. All in all, Privato QC is an awesome place and we will definitely go back probably for a longer stay pa. Medyo nakakagulat nga na wala masyado guests though peak times kami nag book considering it was a long weekend pa. This hotel gets a five star for me! ❤️

位於中國城境內 距離近地鐵站還蠻近的 老旅館雖然有點舊 裡面還蠻乾淨的 沒有異味 很平價C P值蠻高的  最加分的項目是： 我到菲律賓旅遊 洗澡熱水量 算最大的 有機會 會再過來住 

I love how big the family room was. The airconditioning is really cool and there’s even a bath tub! Plus it is walking distance from Araneta Coliseum. It was a nice stay with my family. The breakfast is also good. Looking forward ro the next concert so I can book here again

My friend booked around 7 or 8 rooms in advance for an overnight stay, and here’s what we encountered: - We were placed on the 7th floor, where there was a noticeable varnish smell upon exiting the elevator. - One room had a cemented water drainage system, which caused flooding and inconvenience. - The air conditioner in one room was malfunctioning. - A door lock was broken, and we were advised to go to the lobby each time our friend needed to access their room. - We were required to wait in line for check-out, despite having a keycard drop box available. At that time, there was a long line for check-in and check-out. - Parking verification had to be done both at the lobby and in Basement 1. - The rooms were not ready by the check-in time. While the location is convenient, being close to Gateway Mall, the overall experience was disappointing, as it seemed we were assigned to rooms and floor that were not fully prepared for occupancy.

酒店位置離附近的公演場地很近，臨近大型超市、商場、食肆等，非常方便。但房間設備跟服務可圈可點，當天2點多checkin， 被派一間大門安全鎖破損的房間，馬上重回前枱要求換房，然而換房後也是同樣的情況，礙於時間關係只能無奈接受。隔天一大早8點酒店職員拍門詢問清潔時間，已明確告知於1-2點會外出，請安排清潔。然而直到3點折回房間時仍未提供任何房間清潔。致電至前枱要求房務部安排於5點前進行清潔服務，然而直到晚上回去發現房間並無清潔過。作為一間4星級酒店這樣的服務讓人有點無奈，但是酒店的地點是真的方便，期望酒店方能改善一下服務質素。

春節期間菲律賓的薄荷島玩，在馬尼拉轉機和過除夕，預訂了馬尼拉酒店 這是一家很用心的酒店，一進酒店就看到了財神爺和喜慶的巨龍，酒店大堂也是紅紅火火，中午還會有舞龍舞獅表演，年味十足 這家酒店服務很好，前台Angle，不僅漂亮業務也強，還有行李員，看到來車就往下搬行李，送顧客時也會把行李放到車上，整體服務很好 酒店周邊，斜對面就是公園，步行可到博物館，離中國城也很近
