L'hotel à un bon rapport qualité prix, le gérant était à l'ecoute et n'hésitait pas à aider si besoin. La chambre contenait tout ce qui est necessaire, essuies, gel douche, verre, assiette, couvert... l'hotel dispose d'une petite terrace avec table qui peut etre sympa à l'ombre ou en fin de journée. la porte d'entrée de l'hotel est protégée par un digicode

For me, the number one priority for a stay is cleanliness. Overall, our first impression of cleanliness in the hotel was a bit poor when you enter the hallway with an extremely dirty, dust-filled carpet. Upon entering the room, it looked fine - clean but very old-looking. The material on the chairs was peeling off. The bathroom was clean enough, but I still did not want to go barefoot in the shower. Note that all the towels are jet black, so you get piece of mind knowing that no stains will show up on them if there are any: Take that information however you want to interpret it. However our biggest grievance was that there was a small bloodstain on the bedsheets. I still trusted that it was probably clean and simply just a stain, but nevertheless… Gross. Overall, it’s fine as budget room. You get what you pay for. If you lower your standards enough, this place will do. On the other hand, the location was fantastic. Close to the beach and walking distance to quite a lot of fantastic restaurants.

Pésimo servicio y atención. Terrible, me dejaron en la calle y de madrugada. Pague la estancia y jamás me enviaron los códigos de acceso a la habitación. Y en atención a clientes de Hoteles.com estuve 2 horas para que me trataran de resolver y no hicieron nada más que decirme que el propietario tampoco les respondía. Tuve que salir de madrugada a buscar un hotel en donde poder alojarme.

Me parece que el costo es bueno por lo que se obtiene, estar muy bien ubicado en Miami Beach. El lugar es bastante sencillo, no esperes más que una habitación donde dormir, importante mencionar que NO hay estacionamiento aunque así lo publiquen. Pero hay

Teníamos self check-in por el horario en el que llegábamos y recién nos dieron las indicaciones unas horas antes, después de llamar 30 veces. Luego, la experiencia fue agradable.

Um bom quarto. Não tem estacionamento. O dono foi muito simpático, nos atendeu perfeitamente bem. O wi-fi é ótimo, grande contraste em comparação com a nossa estadia em Orlando. Em geral um bom quarto. Porém duas coisas nos incomodaram bastante: o fato de não ter estacionamento (apesar de constar na propriedade que tem), e os travesseiros eram muito altos, não foi confortável.
