海濱公寓酒店(Beachside All Suites Hotel)

Great place. Really enjoy staying there it felt like home away from home..and really close to the beach well tell all my friends about this place

La atención del personal es excelente, sin embargo los apartamentos estan descuidados, el aseo es inexistente, polvo por todos lados, moho en la ducha del apto que nos tocó, el microondas lleno de grasa, platos sucios, tv llenos de polvo, que pesar porque tienen todo para ser unos espacios super agradables pero las personas encargadas del aseo hacen que NO sea posible. Un poco mas de cuidado y todo seria super!

The woman at the front desk is nasty, arrogent and a real b*#ch. She treated us and other guests checking in while we were there awfully. This was unfortunately witnessed and commented on by others that were staying there. She also made us pay a daily resort fee that was already paid through *******. She would not make to effort to check and became belligerent when asked repeatedly to check the booking. ******* is refunding the resort fee amount and will go after the hotel for it. This was confirmed by the ******* agent moments ago. Never again!

Worst place I’ve ever stayed. Staff was rude. The room did not have all amenities that are mentioned on ******* water was dripping from the floor in the bathroom. The floor in the living room was coming up where those cracks an inch high oven didn’t work. There is no washer and dryers, and if you like their staff cussing at you in Spanish, then this might be the place for you, but it was a horrible experience. Tried to raise issues and got nothing solved through ******* or the hotel straight. Horrible, horrible horrible

Very enjoyable stay. I will say, though, that Beachside is a considerable distance from South Beach and amenities, though there is reliable and frequent public transport at the doorstep, including the free Miami trolley. The pool, located at 7500 Collins Steet, is not a practical option if staying in Beachside. Overall, though, the stay was good value.

They changed our address to a more remote location 4 blocks North. Help desk was not helpful at all. When we told them about the room is not matching what we booked. They said that’s only online, We don’t have these rooms available. The worst service I’ve ever seen.

The property is nice and quiet. There was transportation close at no charge but there weren’t any coffee shops or stores in that vicinity. We had to walk about six blocks.
