Friendly staff, free drinks, & nice rooms right near the beach 😊 my only small complaint is the level of street/construction noise that can be heard from the bedroom windows, but it is a very busy area. Otherwise, great hotel for a great price in South Beach!!

Can't store luggage, early check-in counter requires $60 and can't swipe card, pay in cash, there is no hot water in the bathroom, no one answers the phone at the counter all night, no one handles it, go downstairs and ask the counter for drinking and tell me that there is no way to deal with the heat Water problem! The sound insulation is very poor, the music is very loud in the middle of the night, I can't sleep, the door lock is broken and I need to brush seven times to enter, the room is very dirty, there is a pile of garbage in the corridor, there is hair on the quilt, maybe there is no new quilt , very bad experience! ! (English is not good, but I hope no one else has encountered such a bad thing)

Very nice and clean place. Enjoyed Netflix in the room.

O hotel é bom para quem está com intenção de curtir a vibe noturna de Miami Beach. Porém, fui com família e crianças pequenas, fica uma música muito alta no saguão até de madrugada, e no quarto que fiquei o barulho ia bem alto, não conseguimos dormir até que a música parasse no primeiro dia! O atendimento foi ótimo, o quarto razoável, justo para o preço. Localização excelente.
