This was our third stay at SLS and our last. It clearly has gone downhill in the last couple of years, the common areas, rooms and the overall vibe are just tired and worn. Our room had no hot water for two of the three days, which was a common problem at the hotel. The overall cleanliness, especially in common areas, is not up to standards of a high end hotel. A very basic pina colada is $25 with tax and mandatory tip, and the bartender said she had no blender so it could only be on the rocks. What bar doesn’t have a blender on the beach in Florida? I’m really not a complainer but there are way too many options in South Beach, the value is just not there for me.

Leila was the best front desk agent ever. She went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed from the second we entered the hotel, what a professional person. I’d definitely comeback, and kudos to the staff and Leila for the stay

This hotel is a disaster. I have NEVER in my life stayed in such a small room. There was no closet, not even enough space for me to open my suite case without it being on the bed. The room service food was gross. Never staying at an SLS property again.

Las áreas comunes estaban muy lindas y el servicio excelente. Solo que el cuarto era muy pequeño, no tenía closet y olía muy fuerte a productos de limpieza.

The staff was very rude and the internet was horrible. The hotel is overpriced and the amenities are not worth the price. i will never stay there again.
