薩沃伊酒店及海灘俱樂部的評價

While the hotel location is good, the hotel leaves much to be desired. First, we were assigned a king bed room overlooking the street with a balcony.  However on our second day we were made to change rooms to a queen with no balcony.  The staff messed up the reservation.  Second there was no buffet breakfast.  Third, there was no mention anywhere before booking about the daily resort fee of $45. I would not choose to stay at the Savoy Hotel again or recommend it to friends.  For the prices charged there should be a buffet breakfast and the statf should know how to handle a reservation
