El servicio de piscina y playa es espectacular. En general todos son muy amables y simpáticos. Sobre todo Pamela nos ha atendido muy bien y es muy agradable. El hotel es maravilloso. Las camas son las más cómodas que he probado nunca!! Hemos estado varias veces en este hotel y seguro que volveremos.

La estadía estuvo muy bien. Fui con mis 3 hijos a un 2 bedroom suite. Muy cómodo. Lo único “negativo” para destacar es que el servicio de playa termina temprano, a las 5pm. El spa y el gimnasio muy buenos. Todos los diferentes tipos de sauna y baños fueron sumamente relajantes.

After 3yrs of longing to visit Carillon Miami Wellness Resort, it completely blew me away! The wellness offerings are beyond anything I’ve experienced, with incredible biotech like the Somadome, V.E.M.I., BioCharger, and Wellsystem Wave Massage. The circuit I experienced with these cutting-edge therapies was pure bliss and deep healing, an unforgettable journey into relaxation and rejuvenation. The Thermal Hydrotherapy Circuit was a true gem! I spent hours soaking in serenity, even indulging in a peaceful power catnap on their heated loungers. This is absolutely my heaven! And the private beach? Pure magic. With beach loungers, towel, and umbrella service, plus the warmest waters, it felt like being whisked away to the Bahamas. Absolute paradise! The entire team was simply incredible—attentive, knowledgeable, and so warm-hearted. Special thanks to Nancy, who was the most knowledgeable therapist I’ve ever met! She knew every detail about each biotech I experienced and guided me with unmatched expertise and care. Blown away by her wisdom. From the luxurious beach service, the Cabana Pool, to the complimentary valet, everything was seamless and elevated. I spent the whole day at Carillon, and it’s easily the best wellness experience I’ve had in Miami, and one of the most unforgettable I’ve ever experienced anywhere! 🌟 5 stars all the way—Carillon Miami is a magical wellness haven that left me overflowing with joy and gratitude!

Fantastic hotels, staff everything! Jen our server at the beach was absolutely wonderful! Came for a spa day. It was absolutely wonderful food service at the spa and beach. Highly recommended as a local attraction and quick getaway, 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

Pilates Instructor at The Carillon Miami Beach Wellness Resort: Esther Armendaiz. If you go to this amazing Hotel with tons of incredible classes and instructors all day long you must take one of Esther Armendaiz’s Pilates classes. Esther is by far one of the best Pilates instructor I’ve ever had. From the moment you walk into her class you feel her positive energy and genuine passion that she brings to Pilates. Her attention to form is impeccable but most importantly Esther takes the time to get to know each student and offers personalized feedback which makes a difference. Her positive attitude and encouragement makes every single class you take with her beyond enjoyable. I always feel empowered after each class. Her classes are consistently creative especially with her special props and some with great motivational music! Esther is truly special and has a gift for teaching that you have to experience while at The Carillon Miami Wellness Resort.

Our experience was amazing! We had a massage at the spa (wish some of the spa amenities were working, as the foot spa and the sauna were not working), and then took time at the beach, where Jennifer, our hostess was amazing!!!!🤩 She was kind and courteous, taking the time to ask about what we needed. We visited the spa and beach and had an amazing time. My massage was fantastic and I loved the thermal areas at the spa. Jennifer served us on the beach and was kind and so full of positive energy. This was a girls trip and we definitely will be back! 5!!

One of the top spas I’ve visited! The ladies are over the top incredible, especially Ashley. I felt pampered from the moment I walked in. Will be back to do the hydrothermal circuit, reiki and acupuncture again. Top 2 spas in Miami- along with The Standard

We went (4 friends) for a spa day for a birthday celebration and had an amazing and relaxing time. The spa was excellent and the massage very relaxing and professional. Then we got to use the amenities pool/beach including chairs and umbrellas. The food and drinks by the beach were reasonable and the attention by the waitress Jenny was excellent. We used a Groupon, part of Miami Spa Month which was an incredible deal. Looking forward to coming back!

Very relaxing spa day at the wellness resort. I started my day at the different saunas and jacuzzi followed by a Swedish massage. The massage was incredible. Afterwards I enjoyed lunch on the beach. The server, Jennifer, was very thoughtful. I was truly trying to disconnect and focus on the moment. I left my wallet and phone in the spa locker. Jennifer still placed my order and even offered to walk back to the spa with me if it was easier. Great customer service. The spa attendant was also very helpful.

Everything is perfect, I love it here. The pool is amazing, the staff is really nice. Pamela specially is super attentive efficient and sweet. This is my forth time here and will keep coming back. This is definitely a home away from home, everything is top noch.

Amazing rooms and bathroooms. Beds are the best ever! 5 Star all the way. The staff is exceptional and all amenities are top notch. Tambourine Room was a unique experience and The Strand was fantastic for breakfast. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and food & drink options are great. You will not be disappointed.
