本特利酒店(Bentley Hotel South Beach)

My husband and I stayed here on 9/13 while in Miami the night before our cruise. Charming hotel and staff. 2 minute walk to beautiful Miami beach. Great location and amenities. Beautiful rooftop with private seating, a pool, and a Jacuzzi all overlooking Miami Beach. Rooms and halls are CLEAN and attractive. The staff was great, friendly, and attentive. From our check-in with William to our check-out with another gentlemen, we enjoyed our stay from start to finish!

Ottima struttura, camera confortevole, servizio impeccabile, prezzi convenienti. Consigliato!!!

Funcionária da recepção atenciosa, trocou prontamente o quarto que era menor que outro que havia ficado anteriormente. Único ponto muito negativo é o isolamento acústico, que não existe, todos os barulhos exteriores são sentidos no quarto. Caixa da Descarga do quanto 207 demora um século para encher. Fora estes inconvenientes, tudo muito bom, vale muito a pena.

La struttura non va oltre le 2 1/2 stelle, nonostante fosse in ristrutturazione loro continuano ad accettare prenotazioni e vi assicuro che il rumore è infernale. Durante la mia residenza li, l’allarme antincendio è scattato tre volte, dalla plafoniera sul letto entrava acqua facendo allagare la stanza, le porte d’ingresso non sono in linea facendo entrare luce e rumori, la notte è la mattina presto il personale parlava forte e rideva così forte da svegliaci e non parlando dei continui rumori di martelletto dei lavori di ristrutturazione. Per scusarsi mi hanno offerto di fare il check out più tardi, cene in ristoranti di lusso e massaggio in camera, cose a cui io non ho accettato e sono rimasto in struttura solo perché non mi rimborsavano. Ecc.ecc

I found out that the hotel was under renovation when I arrived. You could hear the noise from the street. They never emailed me about this. My room was on the 3rd floor. They were doing construction on the floor below me and the rooftop (where the pool is) simultaneously day and night. The noise was unbearable! You will see construction debris every time you go on the elevator. When I booked in October, I did not see on ******* that the pool will be unavailable for use nor did they mention anything about renovation. Looks like the construction will continue until December. Unless you are willing to listen to the construction noise, save your money and book somewhere else. Also on my last day, the water was shut off without notice! I was told they would send someone from maintenance but nobody came! Very poorly managed and they do not communicate anything to their guests!

Renovations to the building were not advised to me (although hotel said they advised *******). So my balcony room not available. I was given a room many cost levels below what I paid for. Initially nothing said to me by the staff. After 1 night, they were able to shift me to a room similar to what I paid for, but no balcony. I requested a letter from the Manager to explain the situation in case I needed it for a later reference. No letter received and he left it up to the staff to tell me. The Manager said it was up to me to follow up with ******* to get a refund. No idea how much. Really! ... they should be sorting it out, not me. Manager said he did not have my credit card details ... so what! He could still have initiated the discussions with *******. Now I will have to waste my time and energy with no certainty of a satisfactory outcome. And it sounded like other people were in the same situation. Otherwise hotel ok.

My stay at the Bentley Hotel in October 2023 left me largely disappointed. While the property has potential, I STRONGLY advise against staying here currently due to ongoing construction. The disappointment began when I discovered that the pool and rooftop terrace were closed for our entire stay. Shockingly, this was not disclosed on the hotel's website or ******* when I made the reservation, and the website's FAQ section still falsely claims the pool is open from sunrise to sunset. This lack of transparency is frustrating. During our week-long stay, we endured relentless construction noise from 8:30 am to 5 pm, along with dust triggering three fire alarms. The water supply was cut off after a water incident with yelling in the hallway, “There’s water in room 312!!!”, and the elevator stopped working. The fire alarm in my room even detached when I closed my bedroom door. Additionally, rooms under renovation were left accessible, raising security concerns. It took multiple visits to the front desk to receive compensation. On a positive note, the room was spacious and well-maintained. The hotel staff, despite the challenging circumstances, were exceptional and offered complimentary amenities like bicycles, beach chairs, towels, and sparkling wine during evening happy hour. In conclusion, the Bentley Hotel may offer an excellent experience post-construction, but I cannot recommend staying in its current state. Make sure to call in advance to confirm the situation!

Staff was so friendly and helpful ! They have complimentary bicycles, beach chairs and towels, champagne hour, great expresso in the lobby ( already bought me one the same ) , super clean rooms and great location ! The pool was in renovation but we went to the beach to have the feet on the sand . Definitely will go back !

El hotel estaba en refacciones y nosotros no lo sabíamos. A pesar de eso, el personal fue muy amable, todo el tiempo a disposición, nos ofrecieron un reembolso parcial como resarcimiento y nos hicieron sentir muy a gusto. A pesar de los ruidos de obra y que la fachada externa no estaba en optimas condiciones, siempre había cafe y desayuno para todo el que quisiera. Todo el personal del hotel se lleva las estrellas y merecen un reconocimiento ya que hicieron la diferencia en nuestra grata experiencia. Y gracias a eso volvería encantada!
