O atendimento deste Hotel é péssimo. A atendente Lili é mal educada. Já estive hospedado neste hotel por diversas vezes, e a postura da atendente sempre foi essa. Ela não dá nem bom dia aos hóspedes. Não recomendo o hotel.

Hotel charge “resort” free $33 per person daily. No worth! Ugly to find parking also.

I had an accident in this property going to the pool area. The stairs were wet and I fell down twisted my ankle and my husband went to the management’s front desk to see if someone could help me but no one came to do so. The guests from the pool came and carried me to chair while I was laying on the ground from pain. The same guests had to carry me to the gate to go to ER in a sun bed because they had no wheelchairs. I am pregnant and i hurt my body and until now I am in bed rest and can’t walk unassisted. I wish I had a proper response from the management but not even a phone call after . I am sure that they haven’t even reported this incident. Overall terrible experience

1. Parking is HORRIBLE. They purposely avoiding my parking questions prior to arrival. 36 dollars a day, with a small lot that was difficult to manuever. 2. There was additional fees tacked on that I was unaware. 3. They will withdraw your first night rental up front before arrival. 4. Room quality was very old and poor. Actually had an old coffee maker, that I had to search the room to plug in. Ended up plugging it in the bathroom to make a cup of coffee

Hotel me surpreendeu. Valor apropriado para a localização, quarto amplo, piscina boa, excelente localização. Máquina de gelo nos andares. Estacionamento caro, porém, 3 quadras de distância tem um de 8 usd por 24 horas, muito bom para miami beach. Próximo de parada do troley gratuito para south beach. Frente ao mar com acesso gratuito a cadeiras e guarda sol. Voltaria certamente.

Hotel is old, the staff either does not care, is rude, or both. Checked in pretty late in the evening. Asked the front desk if there is a place to eat to feed myself and my kids and was told no. Only to find out, there is a bar/restaurant literally attached to this hotel downstairs. You can take a hotel elevator to it. Asked for towels and other items over the phone. Staff never came in, not once. The only way to get things was to come downstairs ourselves. Management, please get your things together. Miami has hundreds of other hotels on the *****. The only good thing about this hotel is the outside area. There is a large pool and a tiki bar with food. I would not stay here again, nor would I recommend this place.

Excelente localización!!! La habitación es super acogedora y espaciosa. Ideal para pareja. Cama es cómoda!!! De seguro regreso para unas próximas vacaciones!!

L’hôtel a besoin de rénovation et sourtout le restaurant de l’hôtel, Mauvais odeur dans toutes l’hôtel. Personnel de l’accueil est super gentil et agréable.

Mala atención y falta de comunicación, los trsbajadires daban información diferente
