南海灘奧德賽公寓酒店(Odyssey of South Beach Apart Hotel)

Je n’ai pas reçu le mail pour le code de la porte donc j’ai du gosser pour l’avoir et c’est pas le genre de chose que tu veux gosser ! Sinon bien situé et pas trop cher mais pas pour passer une semaine !

Pessima. La prima camera assegnata era in condizioni impresentabili: capelli nella doccia, muri unti e sporchi, una pizza avariata nel frigorifero, finestra sporca.. una volta contatto il property manager ci veniva assegnata una camera più grande ma anche questa non era pulitissima (pavimento appiccicoso e sporco). In allegato le foto. Rapporto qualità prezzo imbarazzante. L’unica nota positiva è stata la disponibilità del property manager che, dopo aver trascorso una notte, ci ha rimborsato le due notti rimanenti

I paid for a night i was told i will get the code 24 hours before check in i never got the code.I emailed and contacted ******* i still didn’t receive no help i am not from Miami so i was just stuck without a room.Not a good place to book at AT ALLL

This is the 4th or 5th time staying here. Different this time, no on site staff. The access code was a little stressful until i figured out how to communicate with the hotel. Once coms were established it went well and recieved several texts throughout the day. Room was clean, ac worked well. Shower was hot, nice soap and shampoo. Bed comfortable but showing some age. Building was quite but showing wear. The downstairs rooms are larger and more comfortable but for one night we made it work. There are restaurants nearby and good location for walking. A block from the beach.

Mold in the bathroom, no interior lock on the door, wooden floor boards lifting up, bathroom floor was slimy, bed linen was old and dirty, very old TVs with bad reception.

This is a good location if you want to walk to shopping, dining and the beach. Be aware though there is NO elevator, NO front desk service, NO pool or breakfast. This is a bare bones place to sleep only. We had NO hot water, the TV did not work. Without a front desk person, there's nobody to help if you have an issue. Also, there were people sleeping in the lobby area that obviously weren't staying at the hotel. There were also a couple girls smoking pot on the front steps most of the day. Again, no front desk, no supervision. Won't stay here again even though the room was decent.

There were no wash towels upon check in and bath towels stained and worn out. Bed was very old and gross looking. AC was Grenada worked perfectly. Spider webs in corners and fridge was dirty

This property was a huge disappointment. I was told I would have a place to put my luggage or check in early- which I found out after I paid- was not true. Also floors were absolutely disgusting. Our feet were blacked with dirt.
