Not the friendliest service. Rude staff, my LV luggage was dented when they checked out. Would not stay here again

I was put in the wrong suite and when i said why the staff shrugged her shoulders and wasn’t that helpful. it was closed for the night and the hotel was closed to hotel guests even though they were paying . now to be fair the area manager did eventually appear and came to apologise and tell me he’s dealing with his unhelpful staff and offered a half refund. even though there were no real dining options for the night and the paying hotel guests were made to feel in the way. the room should of never been sold for the night. the room i did stay in the safari room was ok - tattered but not sure if that was because it was safari themed or just not mentioned . i am expecting a Versace High end luxury experience and was left feeling cheated and not to bery welcomed. i have been assured if i stayed again things will change we shall see.

Siempre escogía este hotel para quedarme por que manejaban bien la exclusividad! Ahora se ha convertido en abierto para todo el mundo , so por lo que pagas por la estancia ya no vale la pena. Por ejemplo la alberca ya no se puede usar porque ahora entra gente al restaurante desde las 11 de la mañana! Y quien quiere usar una alberca “privada” con público! Además de l servicio de meseros es decadente he igual el de mucamas y de cocineros! Es mi 5 vez aquí y había notado el cambio , pero esta última vez he quedado Muy Muy decepcionado! Y se que suena a que te quejas por poco pero es una crítica de Servicio- Precio. En verdad piensa bien si quieres gastar esos Miles de Dólares por un espacio que tendrás que compartir con TODO! el mundo.

Excellent service by the staff. Each and every staff member did their best to accommodate us and MDW my stay here incredible. I basically never heard the word “no” from anyone. The only con (and I wouldn’t hold against the staff) is that Valet Parking will be your only option but even then, the ENTIRE valet, kitchen, guest service team went above and beyond for me. I will be a repeat customer.

Extremely loud due to restaurant inside the hotel and open to public until midnight and staff cleaning and continue to be extremely loud all night. No way can rest and sleep at night. No front desk answering the phone. Valet parking extremely rude. Front gate people constantly harassing and stopping and asking if we have reservations for restaurant and we had to constantly let them know we are staying at the Villa . Very rude staff overall. Very disappointed with the very high amount that we paid for whole 7 days stay
