Very clean , looking as a new accommodation , very modern , everything you need for your stay in family or with friends , nothing is missing ! Best location if you’re looking for the beach and dinning options - Walking distance to Ocean Drive where you have full of option for good restaurants ! I gave 4* because the beds are really not comfortable When in vacation is also important , to have a good sleep ! Sleeping on the The Sofa bed is kind of sleeping on a piece of wood . The Bed is a bit better but still , the mattress not soft and comfortable . Would also be good to provide at least few chairs or a bank on the entrance area , making more welcome for guests when arriving . One more to know is that if your coming early than 4 h p.m. you may have to pay 45 $ US to check in ! Is no place where to sit with the luggage ! Is not at all a welcome entrance ! In front , the building looking as an abandon place with only an announcement for leasing , You may even be surprised by the modern and clean accommodation when getting into your Studio Doesn’t really show from outside ! Is important to work a bit on the building front appearance !

Prima appartement, top locatie ,schoon en netjes Dit was ons 5e x in Miami beach en deze scoort als beste. Vlakbij busstation voor bus airport en gratis busje rond de beach zelf. Communicatie met beheerder helemaal goed . Ook deuren met code makkelijk te openen. Zou zeker iemand aanbevelen !

Un super acogedor y muy cómodo, mi familia y yo nos sentimos como en casa . Todo super super bien,espero volver pronto Las personas que trabajan en ese lugar siempre muy al detalle de mi y mi familia.

The apartment is located in a very desirable and safe part of the south beach area and accessible to public transportation. However, the quality of the unit is just average.

I stayed in this hotel on 25th of April 2025 with my family. Absolutely loved it. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. We stayed in two bedroom suite and the only concern was about air conditioning system of the suit. One bedroom was very cold and other was never cool enough. Thank you very much!
