Room had black mold growing all over the ceiling, especially where the main vent for the a/c was. Bed room looked clean walking in until you saw the black mold stained headboards and tainted pillows. 3 out of 4 pillows were either blacked with mold or yellow. Never again

We were booked to stay here for four nights! On the first night we spotted over 20 cockroaches in our room and saw one in reception. Needless to say we had to leave after one night. We have asked repeatedly for a refund of our money and got no where. There doesn’t seem to be a way to get in touch with ******* for their help. If you are reading this *******, can you please arrange a refund of our money or at least get in touch with me! I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy it is disgraceful and should be closed down until the cockroaches are dealt with.

Excelente escolha em Miami Apartamento excelente! Muito bem localizado. Pé na areia! Super recomendo. Porém não tem limpeza diária. Seria o único ponto a observar.
