Great hotel! Right in the center of fun! Beach is two minutes walk away! The staff is friendly! I recommend!!!

The location is good. The room was clean and nice. A huge bathtub that I really really enjoyed but the front desk staff were rude to me and my card was disabled 20 minutes before check it out and I was locked out of my room and I could not get my stuff out until I called someone to come and open it for me and that was insane. I’ve never had that happen to me anywhere in my life and I’ve traveled the world. And instead

Amazing place

First, the staff was amazing—very helpful, engaging, and always willing to assist with anything we needed, from beach towels to information about amenities and discounts at nearby attractions. The hotel itself was very clean, and our room was spacious, comfortable, and welcoming. Overall, we had a great experience. My only complaint was the $450 incidental hold placed on the room. This was not communicated until check-in, which was an unpleasant surprise. In addition, there was a resort fee of over $100. While The combination of the two felt excessive and could have been communicated more clearly prior to arrival.

I want to warn people who are considering this hotel for their stay in Miami Beach. We were there last weekend and were given a room that had a view of an eight foot wall - so no view at all. This should have been clearly identified on the booking site.Why would one ever choose a room with no view. The room was clean but the walls of the swimming pool were covered with mold - clearly no one had cleaned the tile in at least a month. It was likely a health hazard. So, if you're heading to Miami Beach you should choose to stay somewhere else.

Old hotel and poorly mantained, reception staff very rude, not welcoming at all, hotel does not have room service and next door cafe opens til late so no early breakfast, friendly service but not clean and food is not good. Also, city of Miami beach closed all streets so getting in and out of hotel was a nightmare 3 blocks to walk with luggage and rain. Avoid at all costs!!!

The location is great however the experience with the front desk lady was horrible. We waited to check in while she’s chatting with one of the guests regarding gifts. Then she spent another 5 min looking for a delivery box which was never there. I had to ask the guy in front of us if we could check in and then he can continue with the box search after; he said ok. Just like waiting was not enough, she started talking to us with a sarcastic tone. Very low regard for the guests and low priority for those cheking in.
