勝利者酒店(Hotel Victor South Beach)

El hotel muy bonito, las habitaciones algo chicas, la alberca linda, la ubicación buena aunque en plena zona ***, cosa que no me molesta en absoluto pero no es lo mejor si vas en familia (abuela, niña y esposos) Lo pésimo fue que una noche regresamos de cenar y mi esposo y yo quisimos tomar algo en el balcón, salimos unos 15 minutos a platicar y nos metimos. De pronto, 1 am golpes fuertes en la puerta y tres personas de seguridad en forma muy agresiva diciendo que se habían quejado del ruido, que la gente quería dormir, que si yo estaba bien, cuando estuvimos solo un rato platicando sin gritar. Hay formas! Pudieron haber llamado por teléfono antes. Nos regalaron una botella de cava al día siguiente pero honestamente no regresaré debido a esta pésima experiencia. Ni qué decir que los balcones están hechos para no us****.

The hotel itself was great! Fantastic location, great room, comfy bed, quiet up on the 7th floor! Free towel and beach chair rentals were a great bonus, as the hotel is right across from the beach. My one complaint is with the valet service. I called and contacted the hotel through email before my stay regarding storing my rental car there as I was only renting a car for a portion of my stay, and was met with mixed information or simply no response each time. This mixed information regarding parking unfortunately continued into my stay, and I was incredibly disappointed in the way Hotel Victor handled my parking situation.

Customer service at the front desk was lacking. Housekeeping staff consistently forgot towels and toiletries each day.

I was afraid to use the shower. The floor of the shower was extremely slippery and there were no grab bars.

Great hotel with lots of included amenities. Jeffrey at the front desk was an amazing host. Highly recommend this hotel which is located perfectly in the heart of south beach.

Pictures were much better than the reality. It was just ok…location is great but it is the only thing. More like 3star hotel honestly and pool is like 2 stars

The location is great close to all the sight on Ocean Drive. The room was nice, bed was very comfortable, they do not provide enough towels in fact they make you sign them out if your going to the beach or using them at the pool. The pool area is nice but tiles are coming off in the pool. Housekeeping forgot to clean our room on Saturday and I had to call twice to get it cleaned on Sunday.The fire alarm went off 2 nights in a row to which nobody had an explanation and they didn’t seem to concerned about it, they charge a $39 convenience fee for amenities like beach chairs and bikes yet they were out of both the two times I asked. The spa is very nice and a great option
