邁阿密海灘普萊姆酒店(Prime Hotel Miami)

Schönes Hotel in toller Lage. Zimmer sauber und sehr großzügig, Personal sehr freundlich. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Gerne wieder.

The first impression walking into the hotel front desk was very disappointing. They need to spend some money renovating the lobby and front desk. What the hotel charges it's not appealing at all. The bedsheets in the room was suppose to be white, but it's old and brown. pillows are flat and dirty.

The hotel design when you first walk in is not conducive to relaxation. You check in thru a crowded noisy restaurant/bar then navigate your way thru restaurant/wait staff with all your luggage to get to the elevator just go up to your room. After 6 hours of travel, this was not the relaxing atmosphere we were hoping to check into. To then top it off, you can feel the springs on the mattress.

The property doesn’t have any amenity or breakfast service is very basic there is barely anybody within the property during the day even the bar is empty and nobody serves drinks or anything

1st time staying here after 18 years of visiting South Beach, and I was pleasantly surprised by the room size, balcony, and hotel layout. I had corner room with a balcony. The views and lighting were good, contrasting otherwise dark decor and walls. Pros include location and convenience. Cons include hotel room key deactivated daily and required repeat visits to the front desk in a slowly moving single elevator. The ability to get food and drinks in the hotel's own lobby is hit or miss. But you can conveniently visit the many nearby Prime restaurants! The ownership team is great and really do work hard at making their customers happy.

I enjoyed my stay at the Prime Hotel. I had never been to Miami, Florida before, and this hotel DID NOT disappoint! I will suggest my relatives and friends to book a room here. At all times, I felt secure and at ease. The housekeepers were friendly and cleaned my room daily. Also, the rooftop pool was perfect! The water was always warm and clean. I wasn't fond of the situation in the evenings when I had to pass by the restaurant to get to the elevator to access my room. One of the employees made a comment to another employee about my partner and I, in Spanish while he pressed the elevator button for us. I thanked him and he ignored me. I don’t think he knew I spoke Spanish. I felt horrible about this. Although, every time we tried to use the side door leading to the stairs, it was locked, and I wish I had said something to someone or asked for clarification on what would be the appropriate procedure to access the rooms if the side door is locked. I thought I would share this experience to hopefully help future guests ask the right questions. Finally, the young lady at the front desk was always so friendly and professional! Thank you for making me feel welcome.

First of all it is really not a hotel, more like a Air B&B. There is not really a reception area just a small desk area in front of a bar and small dining room. The bar was a mess with used glasses leftover from the night before. We arrived early and there was no place to securely place luggage until are room was ready. Not really sure what you guys want to be on the first floor entrance? You should have a cool lounge with great music playing on the first floor. Prime Lounge a place for a craft cocktail while you wait for your table at Prime 112, Prime Pasta, Prime Seafood.

We had a wonderful time at Prime Hotel after having to leave another booking due to mold & dirty room conditions. This hotel blew our expectations. The rooftop pool is open 24/7 and feels like bathtub temp! Our room was beautiful with a large bathroom, rainfall shower, and balcony with view of the city. The receptionists and housekeeping were kind and always available for any assistance. We would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves needing a place in Miami. Thanks Prime for the best couple nights!

Situated on top of a restaurant, nice spot south of fifth in south beach. Friendly staff and clean with daily service. A block from the beach and among several places to eat. Great for people's watching and relaxing. Small heated pool on the roof is an added bonus
