L'albergo si trova in una zona fuori miami beach , pratico per chi non vuole stare a miami beach. Il parcheggio privato c'è, ma si paga 35$ al giorno circa. Più comodo parcheggiare nelle traverse dall'altra parte della strada.(ma non te lo dicono).Arrivati alle 11 ci fanno lasciare le valigie al desk perché il check in è alle 15. Ok, peccato che una volta usciti dopo 30' ci richiamano per dirci che la stanza era pronta.Bah. Pulito, xarina la stanza,simpatica la colazione, bene wifi e piscina. Grande pecca: l'importo fermato sulla carta al momento del check-in come deposito si è trasformato in un addebito vero e proprio. Chiesto il rimborso dopo 3 settimane mi verrà ridato dopo oltre 2 mesi probabilmente con costi di cambio. Ma a parte questo: se non avessi spulciato l'estratto conto non me ne sarei mai accorto pagando praticamente una notte il doppio. Non è accettabile.

Lovely place to stay. Great staff - friendly, caring and nice. Sunny! Nice rooms, free breakfast, pool and washing machines. If you are travelling in Florida by car, this is very good place to stay. Here is good stores around, many restaurants. We drived from here to Key Largo and also to Key West. We visited in Miami beach at Miami and went Florida Panthers match. Miami Open Hard Rock Stadium is only 45 min from here. We were happy here.
AAbdulellahReally nice staff. However, the hotel itself is very old to be in business. I had stains in my room and molds all over the place. And had to change rooms three times for broken A/C and elevator is out as well. The staff are nice and trying their best but the building need some attention
The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The day we arrived (Oct. 8th) the room wasn’t properly cleaned. The countertops and stove in the kitchen had not been cleaned. As we continued to get settled into the room we hear the air conditioned come on. OMG!! The air-conditioning unit in the room was so loud it sounded like an industrial engine in a factory. It woke us up every night so needless to say we didn’t get much sleep. To add insult to injury, while trying to sleep I felt something on my head. Thinking it was a roach I jumped up and turned on the lights only to realize it was the “pleather” headboard that was peeling and falling on my head. The worst part about it all was the lack of response from the hotel staff including the Manager, Jose Pita. I immediately addressed my concerns with the front desk clerk the night we arrived and asked for another room as this room was not satisfactory at all. The receptionist proceeds to tell me that she couldn’t help me and that I would need to speak with someone in the morning. I waited until the following morning to address my concerns with the next person on duty. That young lady (Ruth) was the only pleasant person at the hotel. She stated she would have someone check out the AC unit in our room and if it couldn’t be repaired she would move us to another room. I explained we would be out the entire day and would return around 5pm that afternoon which she replied, “no problem”. As we returned from our day of exploring Miami I approached the young lady at the desk (her name was Hynah) to inform her of the conversation I had with Ruth and she proceeds to tell me that they would not be moving our room as Ruth had stated. She said “All the AC units sound like that”. When I asked to speak to the Manager she told me he wasn’t there so I asked for his email address. I sent the Manager (Jose Pita) a lengthy email detailing my experience in an effort to see if he could resolve the issues at hand for a paying customer. I never received a response from Mr. Pita. As someone who is a Corporate Exec in the hospitality industry and stays at hotels 150+ nights a year across the gulf south region this was by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. If I could give this a ZERO I would. I am going to make sure I let all of my colleagues and contacts know never to stay at this hotel EVER!!
